One of the `Issues` here is that there is no CEO and it appears that there is no determination to appoint one . This would suggest that IDE is effectively controlled by parties or people unknown and this would seem to be entirely possible given the nature and composition of the share register .
My concern here is that fair value , let alone enterprise value will ever be realised because it would be relatively simple to quietly absorb IDE into the wider group operations with little or no defense from shareholders and worse still with with the possibility of very little capital gain .

I think there are five days before the AGM , but there may only be three ( ~ plus a few hours !)
It`s difficult for me to keep track of time over here , I`m having my breakfast ;)

Prior to the AGM i would not be surprised to see a positive update regarding 16 with a resolution to the casing issues or even an increasingly improving volumes from this well .
In addition it is possible that the result of 38 drill may be available .
I believe they may already have more than an inclination of what 38 may be capable of producing and the timely release of a positive outcome would dramatically improve sentiment ahead of the meeting next week .
Then we have news expected on the Bago Contract and the icing on the cake might be confirmation of the first bulk sale oil from storage .
It must be very difficult to keep these sort of news worthy events quiet ahead of any formal RNS and I suspect at least some significant information ahas already leaked out .
So much to look forward to and certainly some pieces of the jigsaw will be revealed next week which I can only think will continue to drive the share price forward .
This is still very much undervalued , imo .

The situation here for Georgia is far too important to be dismissed and surely the arrangement with Bago will eventually see the Gas contact agreed and signed .

Well done all those who have held their nerve .
The drop here was well overdone and the recovery should be equally dramatic . With so much news potential , from Infrastructure to Gas , Contracts and Oil , I feel confident that we will be well past the placing price before the end of the year .
Some are probably using this window to lower their average .

The world seems to me to have become quite a scary pantomime , however with the worlds biggest clown still enjoying the limelight over here , continued support for fossil , fracking and freedom should continue medium term .
I`m hoping we will see some serious value progress before the Ides of March .
Perhaps SoA will see 15th March as the deadline for settling their debts !
