I agree with Happy and Computer. The tests were ordered, provided, and used. I've said before that I've been a Biobank participant since it started, I volunteered to participate in this testing exercise, I got a test kit that was clearly marked as manufactured by Abingdon, I used it and reported the result. So I am 100% sure that the kits were provided and used. They must therefore be paid for. The actual basis of the GoodLaw case is that the Govt flouted EU procurement rules at a time when they were still meant to apply, during the Brexit transition period. And of course GoodLaw is run by Jolyon Maughan, a ferocious remainer who was heavily involved in the lawfare attempts to overturn the referendum result. And don't forget, during the transition period, the unforeseen pandemic was a national, nay, international emergency, during which the Govt over-ruled the EU pettifogging bureaucracy which caused such a dreadful mess and thousands of needless deaths over on the continent. If we don't get paid we'll have a much stronger basis to sue the Govt than GoodLaw.
