Great posts BigBite, thanks for them, I wholly concur. I believe Kamakiriad is implying that the Good Law Project litigation is against ABDX. As GBK47 and others have noted, GLP is litigating against the UK Govt. and on a number of fronts, not just this one. Either Kamakiriad genuinely does not understand what's going on, or is attempting to sow fear. It's often seen when a share price is on the floor.

Fir what it's worth, volume was fairly high yesterday, and looks like it could be comparable today, so I'm hoping that this signals the last stages of the dump by the seller. They could argue that they've maintained an orderly market by dripping it out over weeks.

There is no 'death spiral finance'. The interims said (direct quote)

If we are now short of readies, the responsible approach fir the Board is to begin legal proceedings against DHSC to make them pay what they owe us. GKB is trying to spread panic among inexperienced newbie investors who presumably are a bit uncomfortable interpreting financial reports.

I'm not at all sure it was a fake rise given the 50k (£30k) buy posted at 17:07. If that was included it looks very much as if buys outnumbers sells. Anyway, DHSC will have to pay up sooner or later, and we'll get our reward. Happy bank holiday all.

And from what I can gather that Cummins said, the non payment thus far by DHSC is more likely because of staggering incompetence rather than a deliberate intent to dispute the contract, which has been my guess all along.

Been happening for a few weeks imo TL. They took it down to the very low 50s early doors on Monday May 10th, before the rally through the week up into the 70s. There is a seller around, although not of huge volume, which has allowed the subsequent slide down.

I think if the BOD want to have any chance of securing consensus to their restructuring proposal, they need to release pretty comprehensive info about all the possible alternatives they say they explored (didn't include any discussions with CA so actually doesn't look like they explored 'all possible). There must have been an internal report to the Board outlining each option, and setting out why restructuring is optimum. All they need to do is release the executive summary. Otherwise they are just asking shareholders to take their word for it. And they have lost trust and confidence, so that is not working,

It appears - on the basis of the relatively scant info we have, that ABDX have provided goods, invoiced for them, and DHSC has not paid up on time. (So far as the Board is aware there is no contractual basis for the DHSC to withhold payment on products they have accepted and are using.) NCYT on the other hand have a contractual dispute, which implies that DHSC are not paying them because of some failure to deliver to spec. (On 9 April 2021, Novacyt announced that it was in dispute with the DHSC in relation to its second supply contract ).

So, judging on the info we have, the NCYT situation seems the more serious. I'm hoping we get this sorted more quickly for ABDX, and it's just DHSC payment systems melting down under pressure.

I'm not invested in HUR any more, I took my loss on the chin, but I'm overjoyed to see the BOD getting a well deserved kick in the slats, and I'm looking forward to reading the RNS they are now required to issue notifying the market that the judge has found against them. Humble pie however they try to dress it up, and I expect much shroud waving and screams of a wind-down. But enjoy this, it's rare shareholders get such a victory.

I got an Abingdon biobank test. It did require a blood sample, but no need to send off to a lab, I did it at home and posted my results on their website.
But biobank is a very long term longitudinal health survey - I've been participating for maybe 15 years now, since it started. I honestly can't see how gathering results from random people fits their programme.
