RP has certainly made it clear that there were interested parties rather than a single interest.

As for a non disclosure agreement I fully agree with you Dirkus. Makes complete sense.

Barrick were certainly speaking in early 2016 prior to the ‘significant gold find’ RNS in April 2016. I always wondered if they had said to LND to prove up a million and then we will speak again.

My view is that there is an interested party. There has to be now.

LND set out to prove up a million which to all intent and purposes they have done.

The met and PEA is done which RP hinted at was what the interested party or parties were waiting for.

LND must surely be in that position of (pos) knowing that they are sat on possibly multi million resource against (neg) many years and dilution required to prove up. Surely then the difficulty is in assessing the worth of the 31 km with multi BAM similar anomalies. LND won’t want to sell cheaply whilst a suitor won’t want to over pay without a jorc (Ni43-101 I think in Canada) being available for the full property. As such, the complexities are huge BEFORE even starting to consider the other resources. I am always forgetting that this was an almost purely Nickel play when I first invested.

In my view therefore any negotiations may take many months as no doubt both LND and any party would want the best available info (drilling, 3dip etc etc) before making any agreement.

All conjecture gents but if this is not the case (Mudeye?) then what else could be causing such delay in any form of LND news.

In fairness, I would say perhaps realistic rather than critical or negative. I understand your views fully.

I am very likely being over simplistic and am dreading being proved wrong, however, that said.....

RP was adamant there were interested parties. He was clear about that; no ambiguity at all. He said they had the metallurgy and were probably waiting for the PEA. Then silence.

Mads there must be talks and protracted talks at that ongoing.

What else could be causing the silence.... and I think all of us on this board, few though there are, agree there is a silence.

Exactly Mads so why put out a re-hash. Would Proactive publish that independently or would the article have to be pushed by LND.

Been looking at the rns’s in years gone by.

By May each year we would have variously had funding updates, drill programmes (I appreciate this is alluded to on the last page of the latest corporate presentation) and even assay results. The fact that we have gone from JORC revision, to metallurgy, to PEA with none of the above has got to speak volumes.

All that said I agree with you that the lack of share movement tends to contradict this.

I am now in a terrible habit of getting up at 630, getting a brew, and staring at Investegate hoping for the trading suspension RNS to land. I am going to require the services of the men in white coats before long.

For heavens sake LND give us an update.

Exactly. God only knows.

What I can’t get over is the fact that there seems so little interest about the silence. Any other bb would be red hot with speculation by now. I know that not all pi’s read these boards but there surely most be more than the 4 or 5 of us who have a view.
