NO its not compulsory to vote , however by not voting you may well allow an even worse group of people

to take power ,

I don't believe any of them can be fully trusted , its about voting for the ones that will do us the least harm

furthermore by not voting people who complain about government policies cannot be taken seriously

LTI Currently able to afford 13% total returns at current share price today

yet the market values share price lower , I wonder why

maybe the markets think 13% is as good a return shareholders deserve , capital return would be a bonus I guess

Success or failure of buybacks if market determine LBG valuation maybe they're saying they don't like buybacks if they keep valuing the company lower , maybe LBG need to try something else to bring up valuations

I guess that means the market doesn't like the buy backs LBG are doing

lol no not at all , only thing I have realised is that long term investing in this share may not be good for good capital growth, I think I should have sold at plus 50p and rebought at 41/42p

Its odd how the market jitters ,inflation etc only seem to affect certain shares such as LBG

Interestingly I just saw on the box that banco sabadell share price is now more than 1 euro , I debated buying them or LLOY back in 2020 when they were both trading at a similar sp, I plumped for LLOY what a mistake that turned out to be regarding capital growth , although LLOY divi yield is better ,
