I dont believe their results have been comparable to LBG results , so you have to wonder why a bank with smaller profits is doing much better in capital growth than LBG . I am aware of the takeover effect which pushed up the sp but it was still over a euro per share when that situation raised its head while LBG was languishing at around 40/50 p from memory
