Fantastic company, personel in City shops are always very helpful. I assume it is due to the UK economy being trashed after Brexit that CSSG find it hard to do battle. We used to have millions of people from Europe visiting our cities and spending money in our shops, now they think we are just greedy FX&kOrrs not wanting to be part of the friendly EU so they go to other countries where their money helps the greater European motherland.

Think Iceland that cold country to the North of us has the same problem with EU nationals spending money in their country.

Officially there is no consulate or embassy for Cyprus in Adidas Ababa, the nearest haven of saftey for Cypriot nationals is Saudi Arabia.

If anyone has the time at the AGM could they ask Harry about his honourary consular job in Ethiopia and if it is taking up too much time and perhaps he needs to focus on closing finance on one of the many many opportunities to mine metals he has in Ethiopia?

Just like the Ukraine war we see no end in sight with Harry's war on loyal investors. RAB could see they were getting scammed and got out, now they are back in with their fingers crossed this is for real.

I wouldn't be so rattled by this practice of business, but shareholders keep voting in Harry's bonus and letting him have unlimited placings even though we all know he hasn't earned a penny for the company in fifteen years. Albeit he recouped his losses in the high court and couldn't be bothered to put the salvaged money in the financial report, which begged the question whether the plaintiff who was just trying to hustler Kefi did ever pay the quarter of a million cost we were owed.

Also having milked the trusting belief of thosands of shareholders for over a decade with timelines which were not honest so he could keep himself in a job. He does admit he is not an angel. Even if he does get to redeem himself and LTs make some cash, it is my belief you shouldn't mislead people who have put a pile of cash into your company based on the words that you publish to keep investors updated.

It's amazing that AIM companies like this don't get challenged by the FCA.

One thing publishing information in an accurate and transparent manner, just another if that information is sloppy and no one ever bothers to challenge it. 😵‍💫

At the end of 2021 there were hundreds of millions of warrants issued to directors at 1.6p. Just wondering if those warrants expired but also on the Capital struture page there are hundreds of millions of warrants with exercise price between 0.55 and .7p

Can anyone remember when these little offerings were issued or is this just an example of more slopy detail on the capital structure page?

Good news though is Harry has all of this years rainy season to ink his paper work, much the same as he promised in 2021.

Unlike ramping, questioning absurdities is a draining task.

Before COVID Aim was a happier casino to play in. The FTSE AIM All-Share Index just hit a serious low on 4th April. It was holding it's own very well during 2021 and then economic factors hammpered small cap companies. Notably the AIM 100 index has a much more stable profile.

This could be the AIM revival, anyone who has continually beaten the odds within this market deserves serious recognition.

Companies in AIM that I have made cash on just happen to be companies that I hear about through the grape vine and you get the vibe and can see it will happen sometime. I was gutted when BIOME pulled out to go private as they should have been riding a growth trend wave, but got unlucky with material supply and perhaps greedy managment milking their own ideas for project managment and not being open to ideas to promote serious growth.

Might be down a lot now but not out and could still see some in my ISA grow in next five years.

I think rampers have a psychological advantage to keep pumping three or four posts every day. They really believe every post will bring in new investment to the company. Whereas just being a low life realist and making sure the board isn't all about the jam tomorrow and free money dropping from Kefi's elite parachuting squadron, we just need to remind the board the company has History and while specific events may not be identical recurring patterns and trends can be observed over time.

Yep a little bit top heavy, possibly the setting up of the loan was more complicated due to uknowns in the business revenues.

Unlike a mortgage on a house, banks need to milk business a little bit like insurance companies do.

All the money PIs have given him and with the TB loan we could have had a mine, might have taken a few years longer to scratch the nuggets out the ground but Harry could have visited in his retirement and enjoyed his holding go to the moon.
