I am thinking though, surely if there were a cats chance in Ethiopia Harry would have taken out a personal bank loan and purchased a few hundred million shares for himself. To be fair all that dilution has made the share price affordable if you feel the need to buy one or two.

I don't know if it is the heat, but today Harry is movie star material.

If the company goes bust he should still be allowed to audition for at least one block buster before he retires.

Ok watched the webinar, he is a bit tighter in thinking, slow deliberate but still makes small errors in consistency especially when years ago he actually said it wasn't at all about the money execs could scoop from such a mining project.

I think the argument should be that we try to at least keep the temperatures slowly rising and it will mean our children get a few decades of life before the world completely goes to war because there arn't enough resources and all aggressive countries like Russia and Israel can do is go on a killing spree so as to keep their underpaid military personelle happy that they are in gainful employment.

Iran will be a dust bowl in a couple of years I think they have water problems and temperature problems, the people there only want martydom and they sure will get it just living on that part of the red sea.

Anyone going to the AGM might want to ask why the £205,000 court settlement case won by Edward Levey KC isn't mentioned in the financial statement.

You'd think HAA would want to remind us that he saved the company millions by not paying Mr Demissie his roguish claime for commission.

Perhaps HAA let him off for giving him the fantastic experience of winning back all the costs of taking the chancer to court. What a nice guy HAA is.

There will be hundreds of folk that have had money wrapped up in this for a decade. All on the belief that Kefi would make some money and shareholders would be rewarded for their belief in the CEO's words of wisdom. Turned out it was just another AIM stock that was out to fleece unwitting investors and keep H. Adams mining career alive.

The main reason CEOs in AIM can get away with this kind of storytelling is because the UK AIM market has very little regulation and even when you contact authorities to investigate AIM companies misleading practice, you get zero replies.

Good luck if you just joined the party, but the bloke at the top doesn't change, promises to make the company profitable and fibs time and time again to get his fundraisers off the ground.

Buk no need to worry about an isolated incident, HAA goes into panic mode whenever he hears there is a war in the region.

Even though Israel is almost a thousand miles from TK, HAA is most probably busy crafting an RNS explaining why the banks can't close due to the war in the region, and we just need to wait for the conflict to de-escalate before signing, which could be delayed until XMAS.

Meanwhile shareholders having signed away their pre-emption rights now still have a further chance to claw back some equity at the price of .50p on a firesale of a billion shares.

Best one recently was when HAA was on VOX saying the banks and Government are now pushing Kefi to get this done. Just goes to prove he hadn't done much work preparing for any financial close in the five years before. the Bloke with all his word salad just got lucky running EMED for a few years. Some of us LTs be lucky just to get back our cash locked up in this.

Well I haven't bothered reading the documents attached to the voting package.

And I know my 15m votes won't make a dint in the 9.3 billion. What's more the pitty I believe my vote should be worth a premium as I have held them v. long term. Agreed there are some here who have had shares longer than ten years who may or maynot agree that Harry needs another reminder that he can't go on his fundraising sprees this year anymore. He actually had three share issues in 2024 all with the promise of Jam tomorrow.

So I hope to see PIs putting a spanner in the works.

Sophisticated buddies of HAA will use their 1.3bn shares to support HAA bonus plans and further share issues, but the real heros are the LT PIs here and we must not let him continue blagging us all the way to his own bank account.
