I am not convinced by P100 that negotiations prior to the start of the case will have been parked.
NCYT will want to hang on to what commercial relations they can salvage after this is done and dusted. By avoiding court and super high costs (linked to inflation) to avoid weeks in court, that is the clear option.
Least the spread is realistic this year. I suppose it is heading back up towards £3.
Can't help myself and think that if the digger is still onsite, kefi could be digging small reservoirs which will fill during the monsoon in June. Since they can't do anything else this goodwill gesture will help get respect from the locals and perhaps help the mine with extra water which is essential for grinding rock and separating, also to pump the sludge into the tailings pile I believe uses water.
Mines have in the past used reservoirs as fish farms as the water is a productive environment for producing food.
Not sure on Cana ratings, went back to 2021 where Aussie Govt gave them a tax rebate.
Brokers don't encourage historical searching also the shelf life of a rating is probably two to four months. If you look at Cana's 2021 ratings, most of the small cap ratings were rubbish in my opinion.
The 2017 TK prezzi was a good one for the year.
Hopefully they can put some heart warming pictures of the new school and some fresh water pouring out of decorative village fountains on the new estate.
Bearing in mind the metal is 400m in the ground, this project might over-run by years. Saying that it already has.....LOL.
LTH like me got glued into this marriage and this is what we are stuck with.
However the LSE support group can help keep us hoping. Together we can see this through to whatever the outcome.
I think we should make Harry drive the digger 24/7 as punishment for all the false hopes along the way?
Wait and load up.
Wait, load, load, wait, load some more, wait some more. Tank is empty with no way of syphoning any funds for loading. Not sure that is the answer with all the mixed messaging over the years. Also no offer to drive the digger. Actually I understand Harry will be contracting a Welega local to drive the digger, where the minimum wage is less than $1k per annum :(
Expect another day of drivel - however did you know the monthly income of an Ethiopian worker is typically around $100.00? And this year's minor rainy season is yielding much needed water to the country. Perhaps Harry should build a small reservoir for the area as part of the gratitude for being allowed to dig up metal. The reservoir would easily get permission as there shouldn't be any politics involved and whether the mine goes ahead or not the water will be welcome.
Well I am optimistic.
No heavy shorts being taken out, I think that LTs should be expecting this to go into recovery mode.
More is the pity that Nano had to fork out tens of millions in legal fees, but the message is out there that we are prepared to take on giants that copywrite infringe.
