Totally agree.he has done a fantastic job as not only had to remodel the company,but also having to deal with low moral and a change in direction .not to mention shareholders.so what is apparent now is a lack of support from the house broker,pr,advisors.inmho

That's the problem.it comes across that there is something not quite with their accounting.for me as an investor this is not good.also am I missing something here. Wasn't the new non ex director employed to takeover as chairman originally .i don't see his name anywhere.maybe its designed as some sort of dividend payment

What a strange response. I would say the opposite.. Final results need to be out. The largest investors inmo have influenced the company in there perverted way. It is quite ridiculous that the interims will be due at the same time as the previous results for a company of this size..

One possibility is the final payment of the infectious disease business hasn't been received together with a tax refund. Maybe they need to clarify this for the balance sheet

I think its probably due to contracts being initially signed, but finer details still need to be agreed. Maybe its something like the price of the orders will fluctuate depending on volumes

It certainly would be amazing if they pulled shearwater off, but I would imagine Rockrose is looking at this as well. The other problem is the cost. Any ideas as to how much this would cost ?

Inmo.the only reason this is at the level it is is down to the renewal of the ofac licence.with irrational politicians involved it is no wonder we are where we were twelve months ago.the sooner serica does another deal where they cant be held to ransom the better

Providing rhum carries on the cash pile should be around 200 million by the end of next year.so if the market does look 18months ahead.which they evidently haven't with serica.then removing cash that would put serica on s pe of 0.5 next year

Agree.the only possitive here is that a cash offer will soon come.as I mentioned yesterday.i would be happy with 1.40.alternatively a straight 50/50 merger with rockrose

I agree this will betaken over. I still think rockrose will be the bidder. For me they seem to be more active in terms of acquisitions. At this level 1.40 is more realistic. If its mainly a cash offer I would now except at that level and move onto something else. If the bidder is someone other than rockrose then they would be a very good investment at their current level
