It wouldn't surprise me if bid materializes after the waiver renewal is out of the way.its the main reason I will hold a little longer before reducing my holding. I cant complain as I have done well from this .after investing from low levels,but very dissatisfied from the past year in terms of progress

Beginning to lose patience with this.not happy about the waiver situation,but most of all lack of return for the past year.personally I will be looking for a dividend payment shortly. My gut feeling now is that rockrose is a better play.for one no issues with waivers

I agree newk. The company should have given some sort of update.also inmv they should not progress rhum3 while sanctions are on place.also while I'm having a rant.i just wish they would not lead people on about further acquisitions until they actually happen

In my view 1.10 to 1.4.lower if the waiver is delayed.this will not move until we have another asset not relying on a us waiver

I ll probably stick with Serica as hopefully another deal is imminent.I m also heavily into omega diagnostics so cant release funds there

Slightly off topic,but what would you consider the better investment at present. Serica or rockrose. Personally I am seriously considering switching.

Inmo. The share will always be held back while we are dependent on this waiver.in my view they really do need to address this as a company.either buy another asset soon.a.alternativelly return the cash pile to investors.also no one will want to merge or bid for this while we are dependent on this waiver

I would be interested in Peoples view concerning the drop.personally I feel its waiver issues

Like yourself I am a long term holder,but now beginning to lose interest in the company. As far as I am concerned they should have been more proactive on acquisitions during the past six months.after all they have continually been intimating this.my concern is that we are in limbo with continuing threat of the waiver.

Without talking down my own investment. there may be a valid point re production and the current gas price.
Why cant Serica reduce production levels until gas prices pick. Someone could probably answer this from a technical point, but surely it would make sense if that is possible

Hopefully we will get a good trading update in October together with a sizeable order for cd4 200 from an aid agency.my concern is that any share sales will drag the price down in the short term.we need to attract more pi investors inmo

Something we should acknowledge is the achievement of the board to date since the strategic review.
Personally I draw comparisons with Protherics which were taken over by BTG before they reached their full potential.
Omega inmo has achieved incredible milestones on little funds . The bigger players could learn something from them inmo.

I agree excellent news.we just need erpd approval on cd4200 and final regulatory clearance from china and the sky will be the limit inmo.
The only reason I can see as to the suppressed price is the delay in the results.just wish they would get these out of the way now.

Likewise unvrkw. My average is around 15p.. Hopefully we should get a good boost when the results are out and an indication of orders for cd4 if cleared through erpd. With another boost from food intolerance if that goes to plan.
This could quite easily be trading at 20p if everything falls into place during the next few months inmo.
I just hope that a bid does not come in at this level

One point .there share price.unless you have invested below historical low.who has benefited.all knowis I haven't after invested at 15p

Maybe past board members together with present ones will get the reward's they deserve..
My limited of understanding is that without guidelnsnt and investment the company would not exist.i still stand by what I have said in the past
