You have hit the nail on the head Cavity. Very bad broking from both camps here. ..They obviously do not have any larger institutional/private clients to trade with . I dont think Mr Sneller would have allowed the shares to be dumped onto the open market knowing that they would not be matched by an buyer if there had been another option. Still hopeful that there is a possitive reason for this. Maybe some kind of bid will materialise.

There is no question that it is honourable and ethical reason to sell shares for charity, but the timing has not been good not just this time , but the last one as well. . Hence my prvious post.Why could some sort of order matching between anyone wishing to buy a larger block of shares. be facilitated After all he has supported the shares in the past. Far more than anyone else. So why sell at this time which is going to do more damage to the share than at other times. I.E selling in the middle of a placing.

If anyone is about to do a size able purchase and posts or reads messages on here why not contact the company and ask the following. Could they contact all large share holders asking them to do a off market transfer if they anticipate selling. I am not sure if stamp duty would be payable as this would be a direct transfer with a change of beneficial ownership . By doing it this way at least the share price would be supported. Just a thought if any of the larger holders anticipate selling further

I think it is down to news on orders. Once we get our first sizeable order the share price will be underpinned. The ceo and his team have so far delivered on everything that they set out to do inmv. So that should bode well for the future.

Just hope it's been run by the jockey club first

It's a real possitive that the presentation is happening so quickly with everyone invited to participate. I t wouldnt surprise me if we a possitive update re sales before then. Be nice to see the share trading above 50 again.

Agree with you merchantbanker and legin252. Excellent company to hold. I just hope ck doesn't get to whered out. He has done an amazing job inmv . The other danger is some other company my try to poach him. I'd rather the business was sold before that happens

Nothing will happen in terms of rns.this inmv is just a hold stock. I've been holding 4 years now and overall up . Greed got to the better of me and should have at least halved my holding at 60.

One major point here is to not lose track of the valuation.
Sales of food tech and cd4 will soon take off which underpins the valuation at present. That's without covid and continued growth in food tech and cd4.
For investors who anticipate holding longer than a month please read bombers post on advfn. He has been here years and has always posted a non objectual post. One of the lth that still believes in omega

I think they need to issue an rns stating that they see no reason as to sudden fall in share price whilst also reiterating that things are still on track. They were happy enough to do the reverse not so long ago

Whatever the shinangins te traders there is one issue that I am comfortable with. Which is the fact that the company would not have taken on additional staff and invested so heavilly in plant equipment if they felt orders were not coming soon.
Any lth and ex lth will also know that day traders were and still are the hidden enemy here. Almost as bad as covid inmv

This is starting to look like the bad old days when small sales would drive the price down 20%. A deliberate manipulation. This went on for years before covid. I tried to get to the bottom of it and view the register, but gave up due to the cost and distance I had to travel to view it. The registrar allows it if the company agrees to it. This is now far worse as the filthy low life are now doing it on a larger scale. inmv the company and its advisors have made this worse in terms of how this placing has been handled and rns announcement blocking any share price increase.
For me I will almost certainly be scalling back in the future as It has now become tainted. I don't paticulary want another four years of hope being dashed by traders and inept financial practices.This unfortunately undoes all the good work the company has done and may do in the future.

This should really matter. Omega is part of the rtc. How will this look if they gain a gvnt contract at the expense of a mishandled fundraise putting alot of Britain's small investors at risk...
So in summary surely new pi investors like sid should be rewarded. Otherwise there is no hope left. Just tel sid
