I cant speak for anyone else, but the problem for me is now trust. We have had a terrible chain of events and for me the largest holder that was here way before covid has departed right in the middle of the bad news. The company should and still could issue some sort of update. Certainly before the interims. Why are we not regularly receiving updates on Moligic. Even if they say where it is currently being trialed with feedback at the end of each trial. You cannot tell me that Omega is not regularly in contact with them.

Well there you go considering we are nearer to possible roll out why have we fallen so much and the opposite has happened to them .Hopefully Omega are communicating on a regular basis to offer capacity when their product is launched. They could also be an excellent contact going forward to manufacture any further tests which they are developing for the future.

quintuscurtius. There a few of us approaching ten years or more. For me my patience is running out due to lack of a decent aquisition since Newkotb. Believe it or not i average out at nearly 40p so considering its a ten year investment it is not that wonderful. As newkotb has posted many times the share price is being manipulated and for what. The company should be doing more to address this . Why not issue more ops updates to quell this.

flyingmachine If it does pan out like that then this could be truly amazing. Maybe Astra Zenica are about to become a shareholder in Omega . Something is definitely happening. just hope it is positive and we see the results shortly

Someone posted on another board about trade codes. He basically said why would the need to do that now with apps, social media and the rest.

Yest that sounds great , but why would you need to test everyone for antibodies. Surely just a cross section to get a picture. I would be happy with just our capacity being filled, but at the moment we have no idea. The market seems to have already made its mind up. Which is why we need some kind of an update

Thats what i posted at the weekend. The company was not going babkrupt and previous placings were offered at a discount to the select few. His actions of late however honourable is certainly undoing any good that he bought to the company in the past. The timing of sales could not have been worse.inmv

My personal view is that the company needs to provide an ops update in view of the recent events with covid vaccine development. They have just as much of an obligation to shareholders as they do with the ukrtc. (the filthy word that no government minister can mention ) remember they had a placing that many shareholders took part in.
I am sure no one needs this pointed out, but the share price has halved since its highs . So this alone should warrant some kind of communication from the company in terms of how this will effect capacity/production going forward. I think clear concise action is now required by the house broker/company in some way.

The problem is patience is wearing thin for lth. Anyone buying in after the bkr deal has lost money. What hasnt helped is that the company has pulled no new deal off after constantly telling shareholders that they would.The company seems oblivious to this. As for share manipulation i think it is more down to no new investors are interested in the company. That,s where the company needs to do something in terms of getting their message across. It should speak volumes that most other oil and gas stocks are rebounding and this actually falls.

let me guess the next problem will be that the ofac licence is witheld. I know for me that it is no longer a difficult decision whether to hold or sell

Unfortunatly it has happened for years with early stage vaccines. Maybe it explains the mutated society we now have.

js1990. Usually within the results are forward looking statements and an update after the audited results. Personally i wouldnt hold you breath as to anything exciting within them. Hopefully we will get an update before they are published, but on past experience Omega has always fallen when they are produced. Who knows something may change this time

how about a certificate to also say you have been tested for covid . followed by an poc antibody test. no one knows if you cannot still pass on covid after being vaccinated.

My view is that one or two things are happening. A number of parties are connected. So maybe we now have a group of holders holding shares just below 3 per cent. Alternatively there is a predator acquiring shares through a couple of separate routes. The shares could currently be held via a brokers corporate finance arm and trading department. This may be happening through a number of brokers/wealth managers. They may not have disclosed as the parties in question have not booked the transactions out to the purchaser. For all we know one holder could eventually end up owning thirty percent of the equity. Which inmv would make any takeover very easy. just hope we get a decent premium from these levels if that happens.

I think the problem is what i have mentioned before.
Like it or not ,but all of the original large holders either reducing or selling out with the absence of new large shareholders has not helped.
This together with negativity surrounding the ukrtc. Also i cannot recall any minister mentioning the ukrtc ever since it was created. Then there is also no mention of Moligic after the governments 1 million injection.This coupled with orders flying left right and center for tests emanating from overseas companies also does not help us. What we need now is some good press coverage for ukrtc or Moligic by name. Twitter is all very well but a front page press article is now what is required .inmv
The other point here is that why is there so much secrecy surrounding what is happening with ukrtc , Omega, Moligic. It makes me ask the question is there really anything to be so secret about.

Deal or no deal they really do need to start to engage with shareholders. Maybe they do, but only with the top 4 holders.
