Figtreeharry are there any other upomegas out there. Hopefully every investor feels the same in Omega. I used to post on iii as uprotherics . Held protherics which subsequently became btg. They were taken over. Hence now upomega as i am invested in them. . So joined this bb and advfn as iii bb became difficult to use after their upgrade.

Another factor which to take into consideration is Thanksgiving. The U.S has been holiday. This will and does have a effect on markets in general. Which unfortunately would have effected Omegas share movement in someway inmh

I agree, but it is damme annoying that our largest holders either reduced or have sold out completely without any institutions filling the void. I am still baffled as to where all these shares have gone. If they have been taken up by one or more institutions. Then this will bounce sharply as the drop would have technically been on small volumes of sales by private investors.

Also dont lose track that the core business practically underpins the current market cap. As many posters have posted on here patience is the key together with trust in the management of the company. Which inmo has been exceptional since the beginning of the covid crisis.

I think the ceo and board could be on the verge of creating one of if not the largest diagnostic companies in the u.k. Post covid they will have in place a infrastructure that could manufacture on mass. For me the biggest danger is now a cheap takeover. Hopefully most investors can now see that they are restrained with their updates due to third party involvement.

Anyone holding at this level should feel some security in that any further falls should be limited inmv. Mainly due to the fact the core business currently supports the market cap as chinesr orders for food tech and cd4 must now be imminent inmv.

This is by no means meant as demeaning to the bod, but one must question their age. No one inmv can say they have not done a terrific job in running serica, but its just the lack of progress in expanding the company through acquisitions. Which isnt a bad thing in terms of safety, but it does seem like that no new investors are interested in Serica. I know as i have got older i have become less ambitious. So maybe that is part of the problem in terms of moving us forward. Once again not meant as derogortory but just with age you become less ambitious inmv
