Newkotb. As you posted yesterday. This now look extremley cheap to a predator. If gas can get above 50 quickly then this must surely be taken over. Commodity prices at those levels will also build the coh up quite quickly

Also topped up a few. Probably live to regret it, but it must be near its lows. Hopefully coh will be building up with gas now also advancing. Stripping cash out what will that make the p/e next year. Also very difficult to buy.

I picked this up advfn. Serica has a job opening . Very strange position,but after all they are more interested in green energy nowadays. Great company. Maybe they want to attract green peece as an investor.

Also gas futures trading highest since january. It will be interesting who exepts a low offer should one come in. Anyone selling now in small amounts will drive this right down. Im tempted to just dump a load and by them back in small amounts

Gas futures flying up 5%. You guessed it Serica so far down 3%. At least the dividend yield will increase. My guess is they will pay a whopping 2p one this time around.

I think this is why they need to communicate something more tangible. Look back a few years re the expansion into India before the current ceo took to the helm. That is my worry. They could be throwing everything into this and for what.
there is no question in mind as to the current ceos integrity. Its more about gvnmt , abingdon and past directors and so called white knights in shining armour integrity. As for abingdon I would be inclined to tell them and their ipo investors to go and f themselves

Best not go there anymore. i have been beating myself up for a long time now. At the end of the day inmo this as a share investment is not that wonderful. For me i need to make my mind up and decide what to do. You may feel the same. I now really dont care if they come up with something amazing as there are numerous other opportunities out there now. maybe that it is how any possible new investors feel . Shame really alarms should have rang when rockrose fell as it did with a huge cash cash pile and no deal emerged between the two. What were they waiting for. They did not even acquire companies with market caps running into low millions. Doesnt really sen the right message out does it. TNot forgetting that we are back to the goo old ofec licence. lets hope the u,s denies it. maybe that will enforce a sale to return some shareholder value

Thanks Newkotb. lets hope things move along next year. Maybe a bigger dividend payment as i cannot see any new investors coming on board in the short term. Dont know about you but damme annoyed i stayed with this so long. Broke my own rule especially when b.p fell so low.
If b.p drops again i will definatly flip into them, but as you probably already know no one wants to buy this share at the moment so difficult to sell any volume

Does anyone know if the funds for the last dividend was accounted for in the interim,s, At least if they were the last six months should show us accumulating funds to our cash pile.

as i posted earlier . the companies house broker could be behind this. at this price we could yield 4 per cent with a slight dividend increase. then again they could half the dividend due to covid and still portray it is a good dividend play in this climate

You would like to think so, but how the government have been acting and promoting anything non u.k . Who knows. maybe roche or abott will be the forerunners for any link up. they may even go for a chinese link up to cement a trade deal going forward

maybe its a ploy by the company so they can announce a pathetic dividend and say, but look at the yield aren.t you lucky look at the yield. they could even cut it to 2.5p per share
