This company was always a gamble,but this fund raise has basically given money to a individual who was not even heard of in terms of an investor. before the fund raise. As for posters on here who have constantly pumped this up with their constant garbage, Then i call them out.

Btw. Take it or leave it this is a very small holding for me, but what i will say is that if this was the only way they could raise funds then it is not good inmo. Being a long term shareholder here i am still not very impressed . Inmv they continue to come across as a very early stage infantile company. This last fund raise is an absolute farce. Talk about money for old rope. One for the fca to investigate inmv. That is of course dependable on if they have not got bigger fish to fry in the meantime.

As far as i can read Ms Reeves has not said anything new in terms of tax loopholes being used by uk based companies by off setting tax through their overseas entities.. All she has done has bought forward it for the oil and gas industry. I am little bit baffled as to why some posters on here feel that Serica is going to be hit by this. Inmv it is the majors that will be and if anything Serica could end up benefitting long term by picking up more north sea assets should these companies decide to offload more licenses.

Setting a side it must surely be a good thing that eventually the likes of big tech companies,online shops,banks etc etc should pay their just tax in the uk.

I don't anything will happen until the funding issue is sorted out. The failed attempt a few ago has nothing for the share price as they will still need to raise these funds to take the company forward. You never know some kind of licensing agreement may materialize.
