Thanks for your replies, but as you both and dare i say that a good number of other investors maybe feeling at this moment in time is that the boads need to take some kind action now. As Hintza has posted both boads need to sit down together and have constructive talks.
If they could come to some kind of compromise then surely they become one. For me being a Serica shareholder i would like to see equal assets on both sides.

Newkotb. Why are you so against the bod . Surely this is now the time to back them and then approach them for some kind of change after we see off the predator. Surely just looking at the state of government and how they act among themselves like a hungry pack of wolves should be enough as to how not to behave.
