Agreed, we get some great news from Qualcomm and Omnivision and they just re rate their last prediction.

Tbf to them, the SP is still lagging behind their "recommendation", it needs a swift kick...

In my opinion here are my thoughts.

1) They are buying, but in small chunks e.g. iceberg orders. They want to gobble up as much as possible without the market figuring out. Look for orders placed at the same value but split over a number of trades.

2) Who's to say they haven't had offers, but they've been deemed too lowball and thus haven't went anywhere.
