eh, you need to correct your fleet facts as 31,771 + 5000 = 36771. So they HAVE installed the backlog of 5,000 units and some extra on top, 222 to be specific...
As for technology, i'd infer they seem to be developing in house now? Though we could do with Paul confirming this is indeed the case...

But yea, all in all, more waiting. Having said this, we're certainly starting to see some green shoots, it won't be long before RFQ's have to be finalised and by that time more models will be released with SEE tech.
Anyone know if the 30 models Paul eludes to include anything from Qualcomm?
