I have approached certain execs re this and possible raises..

Raises they have said none expected…apparently this has already been communicated?

Re buying in the response was there are certain windows for them to do so..and the appetite is there when the window opens... that’s all they could say.

I also asked if they are open to institutional investment..(that one was loaded as I became aware of 2 that may have approached the company) they told me they will RNS when appropriate. This would tie in with why they are not looking to raise this year

Lambert, apologies that was not aimed at you..but I agree the numbers don’t look great at the moment but they have had a lot to contend with. Stephen has had to rebuild the company and rebuild confidence…which he is doing well imo. It’s a wonder the company exists at all based on its history. For me the investment thesis is base on today and if I have confidence in the body turning this around..if I see no positive momentum then I will reconsider my risk

Pearls good to meet you, and good to hear you are also invested. I don’t frequent these chat boards since retiring so not sure what has been discussed here previously. But I can tell you I have met Stephen on many occasions and he is the type to put his money where his mouth is as is Chris. This is not your typical aim company that will release RNS after RNS to bolster the SP..I’m more than happy to just have the quarterly updates…also Stephen or Chris are not your typical AIM execs thankfully. I’m invested, with a substantial holding now, for long term growth which I see commencing this year.

Very well Hastings, you’re coming across quite angry but if you have no faith in this turning around why not just move on..unless you have an axe to grind.

I’m not sure I agree re the tech..the opportunities to transfer legacy data is absolutely huge…data that is the corner stone still of many large organisations..they will have to make that transition and I believe that the company will deliver this year..this is why I am invested but no one is putting a gun to force others to invest here it’s a free world.

Not much discussion here other than negative one liners which is a little bizarre if you hold an investment here. Go out and enjoy the sun folks..life’s to short to be trolling..

yep i’d be ****ed too looking at the sp, but what an opportunity right now. i see many of the senior mngmnt have invested at a much higher sp so you’d like to think they know what they are doing.

Taken a substantial posn here having watched this for a while, the business is very much in transition from the wand days but believe in Stephen K and Chris C to deliver.

The team is a lot leaner and that took some doing due to the terms of the individual contracts of those that exited, new hires are on the way to augment the capabilities of the existing team and explore ‘new opportunities’. Very excited for ‘25.

Have voted via HL last week using secure message and template provided on GGPHelp, received a message back next day saying it has been done. Call them up if you do not receive a response in 48hrs.
