Hastings, firstly I have not seen a deal be announced as new when it wasn’t. Not likely to happen as each RNS has to be approved by company advisors (Nomad) and lawyers before its release. I stand to be corrected though.

However my understanding is a new product or service signed up by an existing customer can be claimed as a new deal. And extension to an existing service with significant changes can perhaps also be classified as a new deal.

Unless you’re an insider you will not really know the customers name as it’s not normal to divulge such details..unless the company wishes to do so by declaring a new logo on the books

What’s the issue with renewals?, they have stated they expect new logos this year but actively pursuing renewals/land and expand/reoccurring revenue streams. Surely renewals demonstrate the reinforce product fit, and trust.

I see both renewals and new logos this year as part of the growth strategy

Another very sensible and balanced post Pearl. The statement in the RNS states Q1 is largely inline with management expectations..so assuming the intents is to break even by EOY it would tie in with your figures, I do think we will break even before eoy. You’ve also demonstrated what I believe they mean by back end weighted ie sales momentum will build up towards the end of the year relative to Q1 and not that it will be identical to last year. There’s a misconception here.

Also don’t forget the circa $3.0m receivable in H1..every penny counts.

I think we may be surprised by the figures from DI revenue..it’s mentioned more than once that trajectory is one of high growth.

Well observed Hastings, so what are your expectations for Q1?..what would make you happy..if that is possible.

Lottery, that sounds fair..and in the ball park if I had to hazard a guess..though I think it may come in just below $1.3. Also don’t forget we have $3.6m coming in from ‘24 that didn’t make Q4 ‘25. Should bump up the bank balance nicely.

Pearls, yes I did read that in the prelim report. Quite an increase in lead generation..and hence an increase in converting to sale/revenue one would assume.

So what would you like to see as a decent increase over ‘24 Q1 lottery?

Yes new deal, renewal ..all good it’s money in the bank. Shows confidence and trust in the company is growing.

Thank god for some discussion relating to the share that some of us are invested in.

The prelim results were very bullish so my expectations are that it will be a great quarter underpinned by the $2m deal.

Think we will see the strong trajectory continue wrt to DI revenue as stated by the company and an increase in reoccurring revenue stream.

Also expect costs for Q1 to show they are on track to reduce cost base to a third of what it was a few years ago. So all in all it should be very very positive. yesterday’s prelim update and massive contract announcement has boosted my confidence.

I believe we should see a boost from the ‘24 Q1 numbers…depending on how they account the $2m contract win.

Poor volume and poor discussions..can only get better from here.

Hastings I realise you and others have an issue with SK and feel misled perhaps but when you end up on the wrong side of a trade you can often feel bitter towards the company you have invested in and especially the CEO. But trust this will come good, just stick with it buddy..as SK says it’s been a tough ride but ‘25 will be the year for all you long suffering investors.
