Seems to be common thread here that you guys seem to get upset when there is positive news here. Why is that?

Eco, I’ve just invested and the update was great so feeling very very positive about the future here, and others who are invested I’m sure feel the same way.

After all this is for investors who wish to share and discuss news which we had in spades yesterday together with some healthy buying. So ofcourse I will be positive about a share I invested in.

BTW I think your understand of shorting is back to front. Perhaps one to cover in the investing course you’re running 😂

You mean other than whoever bought 800k+ shares yesterday? Seriously Hastings if you have beef with SK it’s better to have it out with him..cause it’s becoming comical.

Also Pearls have some time to read through and digest the prelim update..as you stated it’s quite detailed wrt to the growth strategy..ie New Business AND growing expanding with existing customers. Ofcourse we need new customers but as important is returning existing customers where we are seeing significant growth . Lots to unpack in there and as always lots of signage as to where they are going. Also the fact they recognise it’s not been an easy journey for investors is refreshing..the language seems to indicate the pain is over and the gains are about to begin.

The buyer yesterday could be an existing holder..another 500k or so of buys from the same person and I would expect a TR1 . Gla

Jam, the threshold for declaring a TR1 in the uk is 3% of issues shares so you would need approx 3.8m shares before you need to release a TR1 and then at every 1% up or down. For US holders it’s 5% so approx 6.3m shares. As RG is already a holder he would need to TR1 every 1% so unlikely to be him. Likely a new HNW individual or Insto. Looking at the raw data from LSE it was most definitely a buy..you could not offload 2m at 19.78 on that day.

Point, there’s a number of possibilities..another Institutional investor, new or existing adding as it’s been highlighted that no raise this year so many big investors already in averaging down?

Could be HNW individuals loading back up..Richard Griffith I believe is the biggest holder here..

Judging by the 200k buy on close they are perhaps not done yet.

As always sensible post Pearls. It was indeed a really good update,dare I say it caught a few out..some were already on the chat saying what a bad update it was before the 2m contract landed RNS landed…egg on face?.

Q1 should be interesting but keeping expectations tempered.

i’ve invested primarily due to sk and senior mngment, my expectation is they will deliver a fantastic year for shareholders so will judge them based on that.

if i was invested in a share where i felt i was being misled i would have sold up long ago and certainly would not waste time *****in about it on a forum with 6 posters..i mean who does that?

Very well Hastings, just a suggestion as you have reiterated how you feel misled. Talk is cheap.. and don’t we know it on this forum.

Hastings , yes I think the overwhelming feeling you have of being misled by Stephen that’s what it comes down to doesn’t is it?.. It would really be in your best interest and sanity to explain this to him face to face..really have it out with him..this may atleast provide some closure of being misled.

In the mean time..what SP movement will make you feel there is market interest?..just out of curiosity
