Great spot re the FCA contingent liability amount..very small amount and unlikely to materialise.

Some decent buys coming in..looking good.

It’s a great entry point with the seven figure deals now rolling in, costs under control and break even on the horizon. Also don’t forget this is an aim company, ie you invest for future returns, break even and then into profit..not many aim CO’s turning over a healthy profit or else they wouldn’t be in aim.

Let’s not confuse assumptions with realism😉

It has been stated on 2 subsequent quarter that there is no intention to raise in’25.

Also note overheads are dropping fast, 30% of what it has been previously.

Re SK that is the conundrum…I don’t doubt his experience at all but as you say aim is a different beast. All the senior mngmnt team seem overweight for an aim company including the Ned’s..so personally my expectations are high from a new investors perspective

Pearls, I agree to an extent it has been 6mnths since their arrival so we should expect to see some results. But I can’t imagine either of them would want to be involved and add it to their CV’s or linked on profiles if they expect the company to fail… I imamige they would put thier reputation above any remuneration.

Again unless there is something left field announced I am managing my expectations wrt to Q1 figures.

I added their profiles for info as perhaps not everyone is aware of their experience and skill set. Ofcourse they will have and will continue to play a big part of any deals within their respective sectors, you have a chief marketing officer of a blue chip company and a verified deal maker who has If you expected to see names against specific deals I do not think that is industry norm wrt to how these things reported.

Pearls good post, however I believe you should manage your expectations re the upcoming update, unless something drops in the next few days which is unlikely. Some of the $3.6m receivable could add to the figures but I do expect multiple deals under the RNS threshold to be reported as previously.

Do you know what the role of Amanda Jobbins and Eric Collins is in CRTA? They are very senior and well respected in their fields.
