the markets falling and falling. covid related overall????

no different to other shares where people get bored, don't wish to stay around and look to the next trade. i was interested in the divi alongside the growth so grabbing a bit of both was the ideal. like others the results will support the sp upwards or on this exchange it will drop like a stone if not good enough

seems to be hanging out in the 190s and consolidating for now. do they do future prices for iron ore like some other materials or has this little difference per say?

It wasn’t really a take over more a group deciding certain quarries still belonged to them and there was going to be no deal, their keeping them even though the contract supposedly says otherwise.

More a dodgy no deal but not a take over. If someone was to buy them I’d suggest Chinese one day and they won’t mess about

On the 5th. Rather positive update which I didn’t read, seems to be going ok and profitable, update early March and they seem to be doing ok. I’m 60% down since they got hit by covid however this will recover over time

how do we know that they aren't spending the money on based against the report for december 2020?

i'm awaiting the divi update to get to the 7.5% which they said was pretty much certain based on money already received, then anything else that has come along in the mean time.

guess it depends as always are you for income, growth or both? i don't sense that they wont report reasonable results next, there is nothing that has been highlighted as going particular in the wrong direction over the last few months so i'm comfortable that things are going well and will continue to do so. gold is doing well and this business has a lot in gold.

So what is the divi total payments going to be? Don’t we usually get four a year? Two special, final and interim.

I’ll do the simple maths, specials the same so 13.2 cent x two and then the others were both 6.6 cent last year so let’s say 9.9 cent, reasonable up lift.

26.4 plus 19.8 so 46.2 cent. Appreciate quite an uplift but so are the results.

My shouting was a caps lock error due to not be relaxed enough so I need to do more. I however very comfortable at weekends and I think I’ll be ok, whilst shares go up and down I prefer just to be in them when they go up. I've not got my charts as I cant read them, I go off pure hunch and feelings in sp ups and downs but be assured i use a little more grey matter in deciding the shares i buy.

looks to me as though we've got that Friday feeling and we are on our way up now. its reduced my portfolio value a little this last week or so, however other shares have done well so when we head back to £6 I'll be looking ok!!!
