If we are delisted then normally a register format is created and the company supports company trading of shares. You would then recurve financial updates and dividends if the company makes money. If you don't need investment being private is worth while. I don't think it will happen, but another interesting phase if it did

we shall see, delist or back again, my bet is back again but saying that part of a private company that has several IPOs in place wouldnt be too bad. it sounds daft but BODs can pretty much do as they like whether under the rules of AIM etc or not. delisting brings issues with selling shares but my reflection is better than no business. wonder if we saved nomad fees for last month, all helps!!! own shares i think in cic fuels or cic coal etc. i am not sure which one but i believe they do own shares in companies involving cic. good day, good update, more more in the bank and a sure commitment to the IPOs taking place. expect to come back live at some point but not really bothered exactly when.

i thought we had an update for a second to be shown the name is changing tomorrow. seems that everything is full steam ahead and even name changes are taking place. not sure we will see any trading update too soon and i agree like many aIM shares it wonders lower on little news. a statement highlighting profitability and a + number for year end will certainly take the SP higher. if on current volumes profit can be achieved, costs kept tightly in control then with extra volume will obvioulsy come more cash and profit, its breaking over the line and are we selling, regularly enough?

And yes some movement upwards. Is this heading for a buy out and new business. Might as well hold in here and see what happens.

Joint venture close to being signed in china will see fox replace overtime 3rd party suppliers into china. Now we see how big this market can be. 90,000T at €800 per ton.will see revenue of over 72,000000 euro, what sp is that worth+ remainder of the world. The joint venture of both quarry and sales into Dubai sounds a perfect fit.

Everyone promises and hints at the world and little materialises. There is a point in the latest video where the CEO indicates that the china sales leg sells around 90,000T a year and the fox will overtime replace this and take over? Not sure, need to check if this is replace or be part of, around the 9 min mark. The valuation look for around £1 sp+ based around €150 million euro. Not many shares in play so divi divided up well. I will intend to keep for long term, some needs to be shifted in isa either this year or next, awaiting July increase. GLA

Like the one below and the sp will hold up and motor on. Once belief is there is can achieve 2015 numbers then it will get there sooner than the actual date. Senior, respected bod in London talking about the business and some fund managers out there that can have a defensive slice of a growing area with high margins. Aggressive dividends next year, hopefully no further dilution. We need to see one or two more sign off agreements, trading update highlighting more volume in more quarries and £1 without to great issue. Nice and stable

Don't think it would go a miss and give a good sense of progress. Blackwoods have one some awards in San Fran, also a good thing.

Bought some more this morning and back in the share, a little rest, sold close to the top and into fox which has done well. This sp I believe will now start to slowly increase over the next year.

the licence referance is related to problems towards the beginning that i understand have now all been resolved. indeed we are now expected to make profit next year, break even this year at the latest and really grow in 2015 and 2016. the referance to the factory is now changed to construction in the next few months and the SP moves on after a dip. good share, would advise isa before next year to capture dividend policy when announced.

With the placing comes dilution and results are ok. So whilst you can buy at placing price or below you are buying into a higher diluted business?

i also bought more this morning, unless my ATC jump i am now at max limit and no more. bought £5k and at 8am this morning so pretty happy. it looks to be hedging higher and i think we expect over a period of the next 12 months that this will now continue. gla

That was my point, it's so far fetched it won't happen but of course it's had a big impact on the markets today for companies that are even further than 800 miles away!! I think fox is very defensive and well worth holding.
