at the 1st december and results to be resleased in march 2014. we are more interested in the year to date progress than the end of 2013. when will the company break even and when will they need to raise no more money. they seem quite comfortable with their level of cash, using 500k to compliment manufacturing which you must say in levels of production need to increase then they had sight of orders and invoiced cash. getting the cash flow going is key to survival and then increasing margin after that. my new buy is based on cash flow good, sales good and insight announced into break even. i dont think this will be too far away with a prudent board. we shall see.

fox may announce end of march into april an update on where they currently are if based against last year. we have had no word in either a negative or positive direction but the BOD seem quite prudent in their approach and protective of the cash. worse case is that this has been burnt through and further funding required. shares in issue is not too high but neither would it be welcome. the last RNS about delaying building and seeking sales seemed solid in reducing the chance of more equity raising. no issues raised in regards quarrying the product and therefore i have also bought some more today. inside ISA and dividend chance raised for 2015. when our next ISA season starts i will bring some more cash across but have probably now reached my ceiling on fox to rediuce risk. GLA. on the next RNS there is no reason why this cant be in the 30pence area without too much trouble.

i would assume that confidence and finance in the business has now grown to a level that these lower margin deals can be let go. it did earn the business money and would give a level of cash flow but obviously this is no longer needed and their time needs to be spent on higher margin activity. a positive RNS in the undertone, a share i hope and believe will start to show promise in the next 6 months as the sales and margin increase, the Red leg gets shipped wider and wider afield and hopefully we see some impact within the USA.

Noted odx hotpotato up over 70% for me in the last three weeks. HIV test been approved, field tests starting and great share increase, can't remember, did you consider and buy any.

Results as per last year due end of march, week before new Isa date so do you buy in more before those results or hold off? Will see the next few weeks and decide, of course worth while if results are good and sp rises.

Have to be honest, invested in here but happy for this to trade lower up to new Isa season so I can trade another share in and buy some more.

Was expected to come and at least there is a performance criteria of 50 pence set, shows potential and what is expected. Seems like a poor day after the last few weeks and a very small drop in sp. seeing this share out at least until the new Isa and will then transfer over either staying in or going somewhere with lower starting base point.

The CEO has built businesses I believe before and then sold on. The potential is big and an area I assume many would wish to be within. The jump at 8 yesterday morning was huge, then people sold so they backed off straight away

That seems such a short period for them to sell and buy back in. Whether covering their bet as they knew it was results time and if it went the other way they would loose so much more. From 6 to 4, took out 30% ish at the time and now straight back. Certainly worth more, no idea how many or the price of cd4 tests and what would get sold, don't know either what the margins are like in this field, would assume high.

Had this with circle plc recently. It might retrace but staying in until a good sign of that. Up around 50% now which is good result.

We have over 50% shares invested by institutes with legal and general being in there with a big stake. There is also the declaration that 23% aren't even on the open market so not really that many shares available and a positive going forward. It doesn't look like with the investment last year building the new facility for CD4 that unless so successfully the capacity isn't enough we won't see share numbers increase for a period even though it's relatively low. GLA

Noce to be back in the blue after a small retrace. The CD4 has the potential to be huge and it's nice to invest in the concept of innovative, British manufacturing. Still some way to go I guess and the risk factor plays back in again as it would be a massive retrace if the field trials do not work. Good share, happy to be invested.

quite simply if something positive happens in this period whether vphase or not the shares trade on % terms and money can be made. if on outcome is understood and clear the sp could double and that where the money is. very high risk, not my cup of tea anymore but left what i have in, gone for more stable AIM shares if there is such a thing!! with henderson now owning over the magic 75% be very wary, legal and through general meetings they can prettyy much do anything now including buying you out and i doubt their giving money away!!
