its a combination of the shares being available to henderson to buy but the raising of more cash recently that henderson backed. now you would assume they dont throw money away so they want the AIM shell for some good reason. either to create a business from within or it gets sold. i have no idea whether they are doing this to try and recover loses or there is money to be made. with 83% holding they can pretty much do what they want, its not a problem at an AGM to decide and infact now buy our shares from them. they can call the price, create the meeting and purchase it just depends on how they intend to do this.

We are looking at some numbers in around 6 weeks if similar to last year, unless we are well ahead and the board wish to explain. Good to see the product is on sale, good feeling over the next few months how this will go and whether there is a great business's here. Expect a good 2014, confirmation of little potential delay in quarry activity due to snow all helps, last thing you need is no product for months, can bankrupt a business at this point. Prudent approach, ship to Italy for work and then onwards, delay the building unless the price increases or enough in the bank to cover both and no share issue? Would be great to see this year out with expansion and no dilution, plus profit breaking by year en or into 2015.

Need some up date on profit breaking or rum sales. Hopefully as the economy improves people choose to drink a little more including bes products and this will help tip it into profit and we break even. I am not sure as yet whether this bod will look for further funding or try and now build these brands from within, only growing and developing as money allows. Once the break even is reach a little more time exists and quality can shine through but they are up against some huge competition.

It will climb and then start to retrace in the time between the announcement and the next set of results based against the field tests, maybe a time to take profit? If however in for the longer term and believe in complete success than disappear for two years and come back to see this trade twice if not three times easily as high. This is a global test, potential to be used in many places and something which will of course have a life span for a period. Under the radar but being picked up, no more cash at this time to invest, leaving this along for a period, isa in April?

The company is trading with a cash balance raisd recently and now part owned by the big institutes. This will be used to takeover or be taken over by another venture. So whilst trading there can be money to be made like any share and the % changes are extreme. However it's about as higher risk as you can get. You are trading a shell and until the day it's taken over it may sit like this for 12 months and then it needs to be disbanded. So very high risk.

Certainly think also we will see over a period of months now this improvem retrace and up in anticipation of the next update. Good week for the company overall, onwards and upwards! GLA

trying to make longer term bets on AIM stocks to get all the growth but paitence is obvioulsy key. in good profit now but really been up and down and the risk is huge still quite simiply if the test fails. if it becomes as big with CD4 as hoped then the company can quite easily get bought. they wouldnt have invested and licences a full manufacturing facility at this point if they did not have great confidence in the test success and potential orders. i switches from FSTE investments into AIM, so far ok but rocky along the way.

I would believe this can go up to a £50 million company quite quickly. Obviously a price, potential profit is required and there would be a change to expected revenus profits at some point in the medium term future if this went well. My impression is that the field work is arranged and customers quite quickly after would followed, namely the gates foundation to be one of many. Even a small amount sold would hopefully give good revenue and whether others recognise this stock or not makes no odds to me! GLA

this will break the SP high today, strong buying and the fact the tests have passed, the facility is already approved to manufacture, trials start next month and customers are there will 7 million available it all paints a pretty good picture. this is hopefully the golden nugget, backed by the gates foundation to be used globally. next RNS i assume will be update on field trials but really good to see. invested some money here obvioulsy, no more to come as in several AIM and always said to spread the risk and still think the others will come good. seems in changing from the old style business format to the new the costs are nearly at a reasonable level against the growth. they have taken out people and costs that can be removed but the business growth still managed. good response to the products we have and therefore get the quality correct and push hard in marketing and vendors. even reasonable growth with costs down should see us break even. if the rum is as good as people say then no problems, one great seller is worth so much.

Can we read into there backgrounds of the directors?? They are in different fields especially energy and mining? This will get sold, spread is huge but slightly more than the other day?? GLA, might as well hold now and see it out!

and guarateed, quality checked and volume understood there is of course, (famous words) no reason why this stock cannot improve well and generate good cash over time. a prudent, well experienced board that to be frank, done their years of work, offered and oppourtunity to put some time in and probably make a large sum if it works out. the biggest risk was always loosing the mines i guess, as they become more valuable someone tries to leverage them away. of course these are leased/tied with locals and not owned outright which means there are also local people involved to protect the asset in current hands. if fox owned 100% i would suggest the risk would be higher but this is not the case. strange, a few tips, suggestions and this will now slowly increase. gla

lets go big and get them to love the flavour as soon as we can. china and russia love to drink and its where the grwoth is. spain we have now set up, i am sure with drinks experince the BOD know where to go, if the quality is as we believe then great future just a question of time. first stop profit, second stop control and no more dilution, growth, growth, growth and maybe dividend two years from now but worth considerably more.

Well that's great feedback and it's all about the product. I don't drink rum so can not say, will be getting my dad some soon as its his tipple. I have bought and tried the gin, very nice, worth buying and happy to continue in this vein. We don't need many hits just a few that do really well. The two gins, one rum and maybe a vodka, good cost reduction and base can be covered and presto, profit made and dividend created. Develop new brands over time but also push out the distribution.

sit tight on this one and let it go. i assume the business will now just sit as a shell and await investment from someone who wants an AIM company structure. i have no idea exactly how this works but there will not be a great deal more action until someone wishes to buy the shell. hence if you have lost so much, either take the bit that is left or see what comes along and what we are owners of or what we get offered for the business. dont forget it might be less than todays price??

A growing market where consumers and therefore also bars etc are looking for alternatives that they can offer with extra angles that increase premiums, I have seen the gin in some high end bars and tesco obviously. Breaking even is key and I am sure the board will make this happen with both matching the cost savings against the turnover coming in. Great day when break even happens, hopefully enough in the bank to get us there, if expecting this breaker and the rum has only just started distribution then great opportunity.

Very informative and of course helps with the cause. You need this one in the isa as dividends next year and better tax free. Nearly all bar one if my aim intend to break even this year. Massive upside here, years of marble available and a huge, growing wealthy market to buy it all. Break even this year, distribution of cash next year . Cannot buy anyone but tempted if still reasonable in April, happy to see some rise plus dividend over a few years.

I suggest you go no where near this share. The spread is huge and uncertainty massive. Investing in aim is a big risk, investing in aim shell businesses is pretty much max. Whilst the sp might go anywhere for me it's just not worth even considering, you are not actually investing in a business just an ongoing shell that Henderson control for their own means . Agree but also plenty more needs to be done in uk business at this time. Only in some supermarkets and the likes of Gordon's just dominate. If they can get the supermarkets to recognise quality and variety we might do ok. The vodka market is also dominated only by a few.

Quite a large article in the times about reform needed which means doctors can't sign up to refer patients to circle hospitals if they have shares. Commission has announced, saying that also talked of a business trip to china in which Cameron used circle as a great example and created links. Drop might be worth capturing, no cash however at this time
