The list of investors is small and credible. The board also own huge amounts so the free float is low. They will try not dilute anymore so with only 123 million in play it's a good position. A £200 million company easy, with expected profits of over £15 million in next 18 months.

Well no one in the times list today selling marble and made their fortune so I think that's a good start. Plus plenty of cash in this world for buying of our materials. We have 3000 years worth! Let's drop that down to 500 years, increase product and have some great sales people. Think this is a pivotal year? What does that mean ? It means transformational, significant change and not backwards. So let's quarry the best stuff, get going and be the biggest, best marble plc, what an opportunity. Let's say £1.80 going 2015 into 2016 easy!

I bought another 4400 shares at this recent low and added to the pile, small amount just to help as I believe in the 60 pence this year and double next. GLA

They indicated the margins where good even when shipped through Italy. The plant will increase these margins for the last quarter. The last update also indicated a slow in pace as they uncovered more high value marble. So on the basis this was achieved and is now coming from the quarry it could support better numbers. For me it was whether sales could keep up with production volumes, worst case is no home for the stone! One or two very fat sales indicated and that we intend and can supply with support the stock higher. Grabbed a few more this morning!

So the sp will change greatly due to the small free float if this gets an impression of full success. The company has some very good shareholders and I would hope the CEO is not taking any great wage due to his shares being allocated. GLA

Taking the positive slant, not that long until Q3 is actually upon us anyway and before you know it half year results but with I believe some sales updates in the very near future. We are expecting an update on guaranteed orders into china which we must then quarry and meet. They are described as being in the pipeline prior to today.

i too will buy a little more tomorrow, take from the savings and have a little dabble. i think the share is sound and a great future as indicated in the RNS. the board have written a relatively positive update and would expect sales data/orders to be announced very soon. i also think that the board still have sufficent finance for the year which is good but investors short term want the cash now. happy to wait two to three years.

Hit my re entry point and would now wish to buy. I haven't got any spare cash at this time so have to wait it out. Could be a good, longer term but now at this stage?

understand that these shares do take a kicking but sometime you then get the opposite swing to expected. they are pleased with the announcement, sales are up and its all within 2014, expecting it to be a pivotal year!! i hope the finance is sufficient and as sales and cash is realised that break even gets closer and closer, slight delays but with good head of wind for the remainder of the year hopefully it can all get pulled back. there certainly is a market for good quality marble and this will be for years to come.

granted we believe and hope the aim is for relisting and an increase in value. with this however wont we also see the call to raise further funds and dilution of the shares? one will hopefully outweigh the other but i dont think it will be consideration big time

From the information and layout of the advisors I would suggest that everything is in good order and progress being made. They couldn't really have more advisors could they? For every possible country of contact, the jersey based advisors recently announced is on there and as commented before if this lot aren't capable of sorting everything then we must give up. I can't either imagine the cost of all these firms and therefore you would assume an estimated value placed upon the the company that warrants in advance all their help. Really interesting times and dynamic, it's not often delisting is supported and liked. Granted I would prefer a simple increase in sp value without this but we shall see!!

sense, the rumour mill is great. this deal which was in principal announced maybe several months ago might mean that cic will list back on a main listing not as cic as we know it? so we assume the cic will come back and underneath will have several IPOs to talk about? will it come back as cic, main listed with several other businesses in the mix that actually make it quite different business and more than people thought?

Nice and steady, nearly lost some sp but manages to get itself back to zero change. It's held most of a recent rise, still in double digit gains and happy to wait this out. As long as we hear no negative news this will slowly improve as break even is sort. I feel we may even get an rns later in the year stating ahead of forecast, it's going to be a good year for fox. Plant up and running, margins through the roof and plenty of sales due to great quality. Break even before year end and with 3000 years of product but of a cruise now to realise shareholder value and give back. Would buy more but no available cash at this time,

Cic capital looks a lot smarter tonight, changing of the description and colour scheme look better to me! Slightly better layout! GLA

They have also update the financial adviser, removed cairn and replace with the new setup. All other pages with specific adviser, docs related to AIM have changed. Main point still remaining is on the main page.

what you knew then i agree you would never invest or invested in this share. now its the long haul but hence why ther investors would come know where near this ex AIM share unless they reallu understood how close to value being realised.

no idea, have not tried but i doubt that the possiblility of trading has been setup that quickly. note the AIM 26 rule has been removed on the web site so thats clear and the update in delisting. we are certainly now private and moving on. whilst private the need to now publish and show what is happening has changed with the web site still being update i would assume there is an intention to stay public? however we could see progress fade away. the signs of fading away for me are not there yet due to updates we are seeing, however in comparison to expectaions on AIM and being listed this is a lot less, being private and ran out of different regions of the world, are we actually therefore now chinese, UK, or canadian??

Or one big con. Happy to be invested. At this point would take the upside risk rather than no shares.

We are holding onto some significant funds on cic. I remember we did the share analysis of who had what. At that time theo was over the million mark, very positive but has now sold out. This would be my second lesson in AIM. It would set me back 3 years of gains but my portfolio is more spread so less than before and happy of position with other stocks. Still hopeful, could be drawn out and several months but IPOs are. Strangely however you would expect launch dates at some point and moving on. Have we the cash to realise everything that is now required?
