I could find at these 50+ CEOs that have been to court or done things unbecoming of their role. Last coop boss could start the list!! Don't get me wrong better to have a clear record but it does happen, sometimes at detriment to the budiness

So some are indicating 8 to 12 weeks before we may hear or know of the next move. The ipo for cic gold prior to this sometime in June or July latest. I don't take the removal of investments from that particular section of the web site as they don't have any more that it won't get released and fully understood until the ipo itself. If in three months from now all is quite then I would start to suggest things aren't quite correct and we might be going in another direction. I agree with the last mail that everyone does due diligence, not sure on the format or depth to be honest and money talks but believe it shows a certain level of confidence. For any business to float an ipo is hard let alone 4. So it's a huge achievement to be in a position where four actual exist within a certain timeframe.

If sb has now got the equity from the shareholders then delisting does him no harm. If we are however agreeing that sb is up to no good, unless he wants further cash from us any action he now takes doesn't benefit him. He can destroy and disappear now whether listed or not. To relist he needs a prospectus which should be legal and verified to a degree that either people reinvest or not. I think the risk is whether the equity sb really has got is worth what he thinks. Taking people and going is now easy. God CEOs of most major ftse companies take millions in bonus etc right before our very eyes every year even with poor performance, the laws of business are designed to protect and gain for the rich away from us. Either sb will do the right thing and we might get value or he disappears. Recent info and next steps would suggest positive approach if not next rns will be that there's no cash, admin and end of. Simple.

There is also the detailed money that SB has placed into the business due to other aspects not working out. Granted not ideal but most CEO without the personal connection would allow the business to go under, call it a day and then scoop any value up afterwards without shareholders having any perspective. As stated before my line is down the middle. I have experienced both good and bad CEOs, this is still to play for and we are locked in anyway. At this time don't regret my investment, could have put it in Barclays 5 years ago and would have been down enough more. Have conference in the feedback from SB but not naive enough to realise turning businesses into great value is not easy.

I will also contact SB and talk through the current situation and what he thinks. In regards to email replies I think people will get some but not all. Very difficult to reply without saying things that are RNS based and with no idea if people will be post and quote, hence I can understand they don't always get replies.

It would neither be the first time a director has not had success before he does! Thousands of successful business people fail time after time before true success. As we comment you can always look at everything with different perspectives. Sb has had a few issues which have been highlighted, in 35 years in business you could argue not really that big a deal. The aim always was to list higher. There is reports of money been deposited, simply impossible to tell which direction for certain. I assume Malcolm bell is of good character and worthy director? Or is he part of the overall scam? The rns states funds, does sb need more and the valuations to be realised? If the value is there maybe it's time. However I agree image is poor, investments not on web not so big a deal, at the moment it's a private business. Cic fuels always a mistery, hence the risk, as always if it works it's worth millions if it's sham it isn't. It talks of prospectus now, that will or won't surely show and claim it all? If nothing appears dead duck but we are certainly hanging on for the next round. I have continued to invest elsewhere for sometime, this will continue with cic sat in the background. Maybe one day if will pop up and knock a few years of retirement? Or maybe I'll just work away? GLA

That's the risk in this index and many others. If the actions are to save face then we shall see this is done for the character of sb. Sb doesn't have to delist and claim main market status he can go straight to admin and have done. Saying that directors don't like to do this in one go and prefer to move slowly out of the scheme. As with other investors this has been a hold for so long, will be disappointed if failure has ultimately come but risk is always there and will move on. Thank fully I also balance my investments more and last bought in a long time again even with prices low . Sit tight, believe what you wish and let's see what will happen.

Obviously SB believes the value is there in cic and he can now demonstrate and show this to all. If the financial numbers stack up, SB has now taken more equity in the businesses than previously agreed so we shall see an increases Whilst not all the investors have started to give cash, surely this would be done only off the back of evidence and clarity that the businesses can and will come to ipo. Same also for the advisors etc, surely a level has been demonstrated that means the business has a viable business option to put forward. The listing seems some what far fetched, it's so much more than now and seems impossible but I just hope that small % that people give grows and indeed SB demonstrates everything he has always been saying. In this to the end now, good luck all and lets hope on ipo for cic gold by July and relisting not far behind!!

i do find it strange how the article was ever created and written in te first place. whether SB was goaded into giving it and then the challenging questions asked? i have to think that if knowing in advance of these questions, its either brave to do the article or stupid??

It could be that notice was given as the IPOs within the portfolio are coming and cic capital wished to list on another market? As much as we live with only so much info everything that has happened could be planned. So the three month notice is to be ready in may to change markets. At the same time a share register is done, the bank account setup, money deposited and the confirmation that the cic gold ipo is closer. Granted the whole thing could be complete bull****, or on the opposite side it could all be just progress genuinely towards a bigger market as cic gold and fuels are successful, big businesses that SB has spent years bringing to the market?? We shall see. May have weeks of nothing before we know. Why hire the people they have?

well a few more weeks for everyone to contenplate whether this is to take place or not. an hour ago the worry was whether a nomad could be found and this has been found to be the case. we dont know whether the 3month notice was all part of the nomad agreement in order to progress, delist and then come back on the main market. as to isa etc, no idea will check out whether it will reappear in the same place. as always if the IPOs and the business base is true then main listing and more value. if its due to problems then eventually we will find out. we do know; there is money in the bank there is more to come when nomad confirmed we have a full nomad and legal team the shares as dividend are agreed as per register and nomad SB always talked of the main market ambition IPO of gold is on track IPO of fuels is progressed to an extent an investor has paid money in CIC has taken larger capital % in first two IPOs and could be due to bigger value. first IPO will say alot, prospectus for CIC main listing will be very interesting.

placed onto the cic capital web site bar the one on the 29th. so we are now pretty much up to date there. it only took several weeks, these guys must be really busy. i assume an out of trading time update, come on re-rate here, we are talking 27pence are we not???

we may get the update on the share register, the nomad appointment which then flows through to the suggestion from CIC that we are in negociations about taking on or becoming part of another business. the cic gold ipo will then get declared further if ok after the last rns which stated it was on trackand then the cic fuel update. we have of course then after the above the confirmation that more cash is in the bank, forth coming after the recent deposit in good faith. we will then need to know how much of the loans from different places we have taken up, how much of this has been paid back or realised into shares or warrants and then in the end how many will SB actual take himself or not?

name change, business model change as this is now sat as a shell awaiting investment oppourtunities from itself or someone buying in and taking the AIM business. in my opinion not worth selling now, would just leave and see what happens.

you are correct that the isa element will get lost. however dividend payments etc goes into another world of tax and there are many other ways of negating the cost. however not as easy as wrapped simply in an isa.

obvioulsy not sure on this yet. i think due to the business model they show the chances of delisting are small as it doesnt demonstrate what the are trying to achieve. saying that if enough funds have been secured then its expensive being a public business and there are many benefits being private. namely less reporting, no nomads etc which also leads to less accountability to the share holders however if the BOD are solid and good the relationship can grow and money can be made. with cosalt it voted to delist and the private shareholder stopped it. at that point it suspended, didnt show accounts and was ran into admin even though still listed so as i state a BOD can pretty much do as they like. i would be happy with a delisted company if it produced good dividends and a n exchange potentially to sell upon. i dont believe it will happen but its not automatic that we loose money. with cosalt i believe the chairman wished to hide the wrong doings and bad decisions which being listed he is legally obliged to show, admin is always possible and when based in china i would suspect very easy, hence your trust and understanding of the BOD with AIM companies has to be spot on. note me writing the comment above about cosalt might get me delisted and a lawyer letter, trust me, wealthy BOD members can get pretty sensative when their name is being highlighted!!! gla
