It’s good news, I took some out on Friday for another share at 13% gain, still got some more I can leave.

Unless world growth in marble halts, India drops back, China looses trillions with the middle class, US economy tanks and well let’s forget EU and UK for now there is 3.6 million Euro of sales out there I am sure.

I think you quoted the 10,000 tiles at around 900k, we only need three of these, aren’t they aiming for 40,000 tile metres and 20,000T blocked? Easy and between now and that there might be another 300 k loan note but I don’t believe to much more. Hitting thAt breakeven and then with these margins great profit ahead. Really happy with position, hopefully an update on China, Indian and US sales in sept, we need at least 1.8 million but end sept, leaving a lot in last three months but if we get to 3 million year end we are pretty much there. With over 500k less in interest payments should be ever closer

I’ve had a look also and you can see the volume of blocks like you say is high from beginning of August, benches there ready to extract and plenty of capacity. Looks neat and tidy as you would expect.

So all down to sales going out the door, you quoted the 15,000Ts needed, they did 5000T in just less than 3mths as closed until end of March so up to sept we need 7500T which I think is more than possible. They’ll be on top of operational volume soon and waiting for orders.

Tiles look good, quality looks good. 757,000 in total, average around 26% loss against current sp, another week gone towards the update, less than three to go!

at these levels of sp i think its now hard to see and understand exactly how and why its going down. its going to take some confidence and numbers to get this back to a healthly place. we do and have always needed breakeven so of course no change there.

what we need doesnt change, just a question of whether we get there! i'll have a look also, one aim of the capital raising was extra stock, this translates to revenue and product sent, via plant of as blocks but we can then meet demand and work 365 days as you certainly know.

once we have the stock its all down to operational performance and getting good quality out the door! gla

Pretty much what Chris indicated after 2017 results came out.

Then he indicated run rate €600kish for just over two months work this year so this run rate is close or over the min required.
10,500 tiles as you indicated won’t have been made for no reason it’s just they haven’t been shipped and therefore billed.
Finally, one of many now the 300 T min at high margin to China, repeat orders already made and USA, India etc etc.

I think this will over the next 12 mth see a great revenue jump as customers keep coming, mix changes and our ability to process and ship for 12 mths of the year

We know now if the factory had started two years sooner we would be further ahead. Being able to offer the complete mix of marble and delivery chose of slabs, blocks etc had now increased sales. Before hand sales therefore came slower in only block form. Offering everything has brought more money, more options, more customers so a factory earlier and certain quarries first would have made all the difference in startup period. This is now hindsight.

The Chinese could take enough to breakeven, we will see, USA will now increase as we can actually deliver slabs, tiles in Europe and fact is we can demonstrate by showing that we have the product and quality which beings the sale, just a question of time now based on what has been done before

Are there good enough to see the sp continue north or back down again to 160 ish

Good 10% ish increase in divi as suspected, nice. I’m 9% up since investing, will leave the money and collect divi, go from there

We’re more interested in the snippets of July onwards than the first six months for me. We need specific number encouragement for the latest period and if they have it of course I think they will.

Good insight info you share, just a question of when rather than never for me. The expectations are the loan notes are repayed with cash not new shares. The loaner has shares already and wanted also a % business through loans so they want to make on the interest not all in shares, breaking even ++ should then pay these off easily. The £300k a month which fox attributed half year too is obviously £3.6 million and I think breakeven and more.

We should see the two month number 600k ish reported in H1 replicated in the last few extra months since, some of the tile revenue also come through, maybe comments on the Chinese if they have kept coming back, slab sales in USA??

All together better success and production volumes will be good towards the 20,000 T I agree, summer has been good all the way through to December. I always hope when businesses are more keen to do updates it’s for positive reasons !

They’ll try and equity raise around £1.5 ish? The fact the rooms are designed around the buildings, on costs kept to a minimum and flexible rates based on availability.

Premiers first challenge in this market is creating best rates but paying for all the structure behind as it wasn’t all designed at budget costs. So they end up cutting back, hotels look tired and people’s expectations change.

Shows great promise in budget hotel market overall. I think easyhotel has a better model and will do very well just needs revenue then cash to build more

Should be ok, potential increase in divi, I wonder when they will buy something else? As cash is there to be used and growth needs to continue.

It’s revenue against profit against product type, they don’t wish for customers, businesses from different regions to be able to compare

What I heard was that some of the Indian orders were slabs which was pleasing as I assumed they would all just be block. I think it is a necessary evil and of course you can’t do slabs or tiles until you have the kit.

There is also the B class blocks that would have sold cheap which are now slabbed and worked to remove cracks which has improved % utilised hugely. 17 million will be reached, Chris believes in the 100 million revenue quote over time.
