Unless cultures in travel change again this budget makeup, simple, location, pay for what you want etc will work very well. All the hotels are doing well and more expensive built versions like premier are trying to change.
If the hotel building itself in the beginning like Barcelona is based around layout and rooms being maxed others will struggle to compete. It’s purely based around certain budget aspects that lead to high margins

Looks like it could be. I’ll ask the question and let you know. They obviously believe it’s worth spending a few quid like this to promote and I guess you can’t have all this marble to sell and no way of showing it off. Not everyone will travel to the quarries

If this hits divi it will be at least 30 p which is a great rise for both of us. Looking at other successful marble businesses the Argonauts stay good and divi policy becomes the norm

Aim would be to dump it all into Barclays, redde which I own some of and legal and general 15 years from now to collect divi.

Fox want a heavy divi policy, EZH already have one and odx will overtime if its products sell. On balance our risks are probably very similar.

Its doing ok, announcement that Belfast is opening this week and more rooms confirmed both owned and franchised. We are looking at more than double what we have in development which really starts to leverage up the synergies and create some money.

I expect another raising at £1.5 ish in months to come, 40 million shares and huge chunk of cash to keep developing.

Well I’m overall 26% down against a marked sp of 7 so we are close. I bought a few years ago, sold on a high and disappeared for a couple of years. Then watched the sp drop, noted orders coming through and thought we are getting a lot closer.
You are right the numbers are not the full picture however I think for the better. They have to report the facts, Chris stated the representatives two months of trading so I expect full year of plus 3 million.

If they fill the factory and it works all winter that’s some orders, Chris stated it was flat out and we know I ran 24/7 to August. The mix is changing monthly, loan notes are good compared to raising, many AIM businesses just keep raising non stop.

He was also clear the 300T per month for China are good margins. That in itself plus a few more is record breaking for the year.
Once this goes cash positive we know margins hold up this will generate significant dividends, I am sure

Expect a £300k loss next year, a lot more focus and sp doesn’t have any CD4 potentially within it as no one knows. We wouldn’t or couldn’t have sold any CD4 as yet irrespective of what has gone in. This focus means we will get there sooner.

Opens sept, seems ages since this was announced but it’s here and a big deal. Large number of owned rooms in one go, really big impact on revenue and ebit.

i bought some redde today as there coming up towards final results in sept and they tend to do well prior + then up to ex divi day. not many but a little safer option and still avaiable cash if needs must.

whats your total now, i went over the 700k to 705,618. its the little bit of a challenge to break another 100k barrier.

i dont think they will do a formal raise again, i think they will back up with loan notes and overdraft as remember alot of the debt was lost at the last raising and therefore the ability to get more prior to breakeven exists.

it also seems they are fairly keen to work it through and get the shares themselves and at the last raising we also tied in an inidan customer which we hope supports the future.
