Yes you are right, somewhere in the middle. The stone alliance looks more like an extension of fox rather than competition, fox will manage and process a lot and pretty much develop the business until the volume dictates more factories etc. It’s a deal that got the government to create a business including all the quarries.

They’ll quarry now to get enough in the yard to cover winter, whether they have 4 months of slab and tile orders will be interesting however I guess that’s the aim.

i am with you on the 2.5 to 3 milllion and i see no reason as the product mix now changes which was always going to be needed as to sell 10 million of just block marble will take some going, hence the factory was always so very much needed and of course with all the delays this has really hammered costs.

when you listen to chris its quite evident that whilst claims around the factory being in play last year have been said it didnt really do a great deal and tiles got manufactured in italy at high cost and long delays.

so it sounds as though they didnt really go for it and we didnt make a great deal out of it.

plus i dont think a great deal happened last winter even though the factory was there as the impression is everything was closed and the thaw late.
so we didnt really do anything nor have the slab or tile deals in order to keep it going whereas the suggestion for this year is enough orders that will then keep the plant working 24/7 through the winter.

whilst people challange on orders they will never really come until the factory is fully operating, customers can visit, look at the kit and get a date for delivery like the chinese did.

once the orders are met then repeat orders if the quality is good will of course flow through which is now happening

i think results will be very different, update in interiums which should be far better and then of course after christmas. we need 4 months worth of slab and tile work for xmas, maybe they will build stock whilst costly can be sold when someone comes along.

I think it’s s big week, how well the ceo can show the turnaround and potential rather than simple set of results. Can he show progress in CD4 and has stopped the rot.

Everything he needed to do at the beginning of the year is done and more. Sold off, closed, distribution agreements started, deal for tests accomplished so best potential position hence maybe the rise from the bottom. What next ?

The first order was paid for on the spot, I would think they are very astute in this area and from past experience knowing they can simply disappear back into China. Once the Chinese like something they tend to buy it all. They’ll wait a year and then try and buy the company.
