Hi Ex yes 1p would be 25M market cap but even 6M of today is at best suspect. No commercialised IP, no commercial contracts, no sales, huge over heads, low on cash with near term prospect of yet more dilution.

IMO after next dilution (assuming they can get another placing away) market cap will be the same so SP will have to take the hit.

CP13 its a wellness company looking to move into the cosmetics market and there is no reported commercial value to the R&D agreement or these sample being shipped just the expectation (hope) they will enter into some sort of commercial agreement at the end of the R&D trials if successful

Its not a "deramping crew" it is on the main a group of very dissatisfied shareholders many of whom you'd not previously had a reason to put in the green box so you can clearly see what they are saying.

PW is a complete fool who posts reflect that, on her other share of interest she post tweets from CEO trip to US as a positive when their are TR1s landing showing a big shareholder bailing.

Sorry to hear that Seawolf but the reality is without news it will be hard to do another fund raise because even a 25% discount will be a risk on these low trading volumes as the placing news might cause a sell off which halves the SP.

With no placing NNN is only 4 months away from filing accounts which I presume will show no sales and very little cash left in the bank so you'd presume this will cause a sell off.

I know LTH might not bother selling but all those who bought Lanstead and Oval X shares will need to get what they can back.

Unless SP falls to the floor the Lanstead agreement should bring in enough to keep the listing alive so hope yet for an RTO. Without a commercial deal it is the only possible positive outcome.

Some people are so proud of their green boxes when it's a post they don't like yet continue to view Nangold1 and CP13 who very very rarely and rarely respectively say anything of substance.

MyIPA if there is "more info Landstead/OvalX have that we don't" then follow their actions because Lanstead sold very share they paid for up to Jan 20.

The above points are facts so my guess is lanstead will continue the same policy of profit taking with the Jan and now Feb shares which stand them in at circa 0.15p.

The consensus on this board is Ovel X has sold all their shares .

I wouldn't hold your breath they will probably move year end to sync with the rest of the group to Dec 31st due end of June although they might have missed the window to do that.

I also thought they were going to change Pharm2farm name to Nanovate but it appears not they've changed Nanosynth (not the PLC Nanosynth Group) which was dormant.

Cryox, I agree point 1 is subjective but by any measure NNN have not delivered on expectations. Point 2 is fact Point 3 is
very likely to be correct in that NNN wont generate sales before running out of cash.

NNN is not a start up Dr Cave did this started his 3 August 2015 and to date its not sold much yet tried and failed many ideas around nano tech. The new team have been in situ for nearly 18 months and they also failed to sell mask when they were mandatory, there are no signs the new lot are any better than the old team, and you could easily argue they are worse.

Id add the only thing that's changed since Duffers joined in the burn rate has gone up.

Cryox, Correct as you say "Best investors read RNSs. Quite easy to read back a while and come to your own conclusion. " Yes I agree its a simple conclusions

1. NNN never deliver on the expectations created in their RNSs.
2. There are no commercial contracts, reported sales or anything material.
3. They will soon need to do another raise to keep the doors open and the lights on.

CP13 I just recommended your post which I think is a first although I'm sorry even you are beginning to lose faith in NNN BODs.

If you are not waiting for 3 months for something to happen what is your deadline before visiting this shower.

Your guy in US seems like a live wire, can I ask what you think he got his turnover to and if he/she is selling in a legalised weed growing market or was he active in states where it was or is still illegal to grow?

Dube, fair point but consider Dyson has laser like focus on one product and really good and sustained marketing (with product placement on Friends being a huge kicker).

NNN thinks it can be all things nano to all people and it simply doesn't have the resources.

If they brought out an update saying they were going to forget their own products and and focus on being an R&D company which would seek clients they can do work for that would be great. It wouldn't be a multi bagger share but if they got enough clients they would have a solid business.

If the said we wont bother with the R&D partners we are going to develop our own product, decide what it was based on where there tech was best suited, easiest to explain benefits and best route to market within their knowledge/contact base etc etc then had laser focus on one single product then they might have a chance of making it work and as a result be a multi bagger share.

They simply don't have the cash, the right people with skills or contacts to have the tiniest chance of executing the scatter gun plan as laid out in various updates.

Laser focus on one service (R&D) or one product (I don't know which is best idea) then NNN have a chance.

yes its a great market but look at the competition, the first one is 16B market cap others have sales in the billions what chance NNN with zero sales, limited contacts, limited cash and as yet no product of its own for this sector. Its a pipe dream to take on these companies
