Trisor Lansetad wont sell shares they haven't paid for, it would have little upside against 25% discount when they pay for 1/24th every month and turn a quick profit or indeed hold if there is news flow.

Ask yourself, why are posters like Micho on here? and why do they spend so much time talking down a share they are not invested in? Answer, to make money. They are wanting you to sell to drive the price down to buy your shares on the cheap. FACT, they have owned up to the agenda….

CP13 i doubt NNN are tweeting mock ups of product because the real thing is nearly ready to go, otherwise they'd wait a few days and tweet a real product in a real bottle.

GB Nano mock up bottle was tweeted mid Jan so use this tweet as your bench mark to understand what the time lines are from tweet to product in production. Two months and still waiting, bit like everything every posted by NNN.

Trisor I will be delighted to be wrong but I cant see how NNN can generate cash through commercial activity before the money runs out.

Look at MODE to see what happens when a listed tech small cap cant raise any more money, they kind of blame headwinds against Crypto but if they had a decent business model raising funds wouldn't be a problem. NNN dont have a business model they just have a business plan and they cant keep raising money and not delivering on it. Mode tanked on last RNS stating no more placings and I guess its only a matter of time before they suspend the listing.

If NNN cant generate cash commercially and cant raise funds they they will need to post a similar RNS to MODE and even from here NNNs share price will tank.

Oxal X are presumably long gone while Lanstead have little or no risk, PIs who bought in around 0.2 to 0.3 will follow Cryox to the hills leaving a few LTHs kicking around hoping for an RTO before they turn off the lights.

• Successful Trial Results for HVAC with Volz carrying out “process improvements” = still no "first order from Volz"
• Non commercial R&D agreement for unnamed company moving into cosmetics sector = doing R&D for free

• Interims showing £2M cash burn in 6 months to June 30th = no information on how they managed this
• Duffers stated in public domain 3 or more R&D contracts before XMAS = we dont know which XMAS he meant
2 months since a tiddler £400K placing to enable discussions = we are only 8 months into the "we have enough cash for at least 12 months" yet here we are on second huge dilution to keep the doors open.

NNN have produced nothing but mock ups, tweets and hot air .

NNN only need to put Nano-10.9 liquid into an Atomic Nano branded bottle and hey presto a new product ready for sale, surely even the shower that is NNN could have done this 3 or even 6 months back.

They only need to reskin the prolava.co.uk site and hey presto gbnano.co.uk is live, it only takes a few hours work and NNN could have done this anytime since announcing this plan, months ago.

They could put on the site the 6,000 litres of nano ink they were going to launch at Filtech.

Yet what have the delivered? nano nothing but a few tweet of mocked up bottles every now then to keep the plebs happy.

Touragas, it a mock up, the second mock up of the same daft product. As and when nnn get a bottle to put Nano-10.9’in they won’t have a clue how to sell it.

June statement in finals said commercial contracts for seven verticals in second half of 2022. None announced so fact is they are late.

I should also ask why do you spend so much time defending this donkey when you know the truth and I can quote you.

NNN finals posted in June 2022 "The Company is currently in discussion with a number of major companies and trading partners within the seven identified markets and will be progressing these discussions in order to target the conclusion of successful commercial agreements within the second half of 2022" in October Duffers doubled down saying a few agreements before XMAS. No updates so clearly all overdue

Volz relationship, JV or converting the factory all intimated last year, no news updates since last BS so clearly overdue.

I would add that NNN is burning through cash at an alarming rate so IMO another placing is pretty much overdue too

Sinden NNN said talking to lots of people and expect several commercial R&D agreements more than 8 months ago , not sure why you think another 4 weeks will help.

Likewise Atomic Nano they have the product just need to rebrand and bottle it then start marketing on Pro larva site rebranded Gb Nano, none of which should take more than a few weeks.
