TrisorbBased on todays SP price a placing would be 0.13 maybe 0.14

To get another £400K to allow discussions to continue would cost 300M shares and judging by last placing share price would hit 0.13 on the same day.

To get enough to last a year would cost 2.5B shares and which I guess would halve the SP to 0.1 or less

Why? a rights issue to PIs would take too long, cost too much and 90-99% of PIs would fall over laughing.

Actually, after receiving the rights issue most PIs would sell up in a blink of an eye.

Trisor NNN are not coming to you and other small shareholders, Duffers is going to institutions and without a significant contract signed in hand the answer will be "you have a history of over promising and underdelivering so NO".

Even a small placing is now risky because the 25% discount doesn't help.

Trisor your post is a little chicken and egg story.

I don't think NNN can now get funding for 12 months without a significant commercial contract in place first. Why would anyone put £3M into NNN when they have just burnt through £6-8M with no contracts or sales. Any serious investor doing DD would see NNN has habitually over promised and spectacularly underdelivered.

As for small funding deals like the last £400K "to allow for discussion" these are based on limited risk by the 25% discount, now NNN will find it hard to sell these because on announcement the SP drops 25%, maybe more next time so NNN will find it hard to get another £400K placing away.

in short what comes first the funding or the contract?

NNN need to do a proper raise to keep the lights on for at least 12 months, that's circa £3M.
NNN will only get that if there is a signed contract which guarantees significant revenue downstream before the £3M runs out. I cant see how NNN land that contract now and any GB NANO sales wont happen overnight either (or IMO at all)

PW NNN is not working with a cosmetics company they are doing R&D with a wellness company which hopes to enter the cosmetics market.

I would add the R&D with this wellness company has no reported commercial value.

So pretty speculative that anything will come of this apart from overheads costs.

For those not familiar with NNNs accounts previous 6 months was just shy of £2M burn but NNN stated they had an exceptional expense so following six month should be less than £2M.

If I'm right at £1.4M NNN will run out of cash mid May.

Trisor Lanstead wont gamble even if they think its on it last legs. Lanstead have investors money who have bought in on minimal risk model which is the sharing agreement.

An RTO could double, a 100 or 1000 times the market cap depends on what it is, if anything.
