16 months after JV formed latest news is Volz directors removed from website, cancelled participation in Filtech, still nothing on Volz’s website. No mention of Volz on Jan 17 update yet despite this Volz recruiting for their own factories is somehow relevant.

Actually Trisor the key point is they are not buying at 0.2. If they thought this had a chance they'd all be filling their boots

Trisor if between them they can bump up the SP price by spending 30K on dead donkey stock it might help keep them on the payroll a little longer.

I would add I'm telling people to go and get legal advice. If people feel they have bought shares based on the RNSs which resulted in no commercial contracts, no products (except 6K litres of ink) and no sales, a solicitor will tell you if there is a case to be answered.

Of course Cuvio is right do nothing, just sit back and suck up your losses.

Trisor the BODs have a legal obligation to keep the market up to date with material developments, good or bad.

If I was in deep Id get my commercial solicitor to write asking for details of discussions, who they were with, when did they start, how substantive were they, it's 8 -9 months since RNS stating discussions taking place have they concluded or a recently stated are they still progressing. If some discussion have concluded when was the market updated, if not why not.

Its a year since 8 verticals were identified and nearly 10 months since RNS listing 7 verticals and 37 products stating "these areas the Company will be focussing are based on significant market research and feedback from potential customers."

A solicitor could ask to see evidence of significant market research and feedback from potential customers created prior to RNS .... they would also ask for details on what products are being developed since RNS, evidence of work, who's leading each project etc. If not 37 products now being developed as per RNS how many and when was the market updated, if not why not.

It is ten months since this RNS and nothing has emerged except two poorly mocked up bottles.

KG16 you should get some legal advice, if you can link share purchases to statements in RNSs which can't be substantiated you may have case, i.e. "discussions" taking place then you bought more shares or long list of "products being developed" then again you bought more shares.

Likewise if statements can be substantiated but "discussions" or any "product development" subsequently failed or was not commercially viable and NNN have not updated the market, you should still have a case.

IMO most RNSs are pretty vague and will prove hard to nail down but if as you imply you are in for £100K then £2K spent getting a legal opinion is better use of funds than continuing to average down.

Trisor getting to and travelling across London in the rush hour is always to be avoided if at all possible. If must pick a location in London with a time for lowest possible attendance, 9.00 am would be it.

Just buy some real companies with real sales... and I dont mean nano tech companies.

Actually I was planning to attend the last AGM but NW6 at 9.00 a.m. is a pain in the **** journey especially at that time of day.

If the next AGM is around midday in London I may still buy some shares and attend. However I'm not sure NNN have enough cash to last that long.

RR yep, Micho has spent two solid years defending this shyt show and no matter how many times he is let down by this or past management he always reverts to type and bangs the NNN drum, he is pretty weird.

CP13 all the last update said on subject was

1. "fertiliser manufacturer is expected to commence trials" not will commence, no date, nothing about nature of agreement, nothing about how long trials will last, nothing about what happens if trials are successful = just more Duffers hog wash Im afraid.

2. Atomic Nano to launch in Q1 2023. time will tell if (a) if it does launch and (b) if it does how are NNN going to create demand so the actually sell something this time. = based on previously demonstrated marketing skills, plan and budget NNN do not have a hope in hell of selling any.
