Trisor you are being a little silly like you I believe this share will go on on a commercial contract or revenue i just don't think they really have anything in pipe and certainly not before the cash runs out.

At some point NNN needs enough revenue to cover cost it can't keeping tapping up the market and diluting LTHs

I have predicted the SP will decline all the way from 1.5p at every stage every time it holds for a while I it will go down again.

I have said t would be better to sell and buy back cheaper but generally just trade NNN on spikes and hope to not miss the peak too much.

No Trisor if I stopped someone buying at 1p they can now buy at 0.2p so I HAVE saved them 0.8p on the cost of their shares in NNN although I do advise anyone to wait for an RNS with commercial contract or revenue

Trisors there will hundreds if not thousands of NN shareholders holding a paper loss and in some of thier minds the invest is a write off. If you dont have access to your capital a paper loss is a loss.

If i stopped someone buying at 1p I have cost them money, jeez Trisor you need to re evaluate how this works.

No Latina they signed the deal because unless they are stupid they cant lose money. If they not had sold as the share price slid they would be holding paper losses which is stupid but as it is they have probalby made 20% profit so far. I call that professional.

Trisor so far the only people who may have damaged PIs are those who ramped RMS NNN at 0.3p 0.5P, 1p, 1.5p, 2.5p or 5p

Superficially anyone new PIs reading the last update by RNS would think these event are likely to go somewhere without the objective opinion of PIs who have seen 2 or more years on similar RNS which result in jack shyt. Latino they shouldn't know any more than any other shareholder but as they have met the BODs, probably on a few occasions they would have a better understanding of the business plan, progress to date and likely progress in the future that other shareholders.

I can assure Lanstead are in this to make as much money as they can. If they felt they SP was going to go up they hold and take bigger profits but since they took shares the price has fallen from 0.5 to 0.2 so every month they take their 25% discount and take a profit.

They are not selling because that is their plan they are selling to take a small profit and ensure they dont stake any losses. Lanstead are professional and would hold if this was heading back to 0.5p.

Latino, I think you are correct Lanstead are taking easy profits but at a cost of circa 0.15 they would risk holding if they thought they SP would go up.

Trisor a raise is the same as a share price fall, if not on the day but when someone looks at NNN value maturely they will multiple profits by X add assets and divide by the number of shares. It doesn't really matter to traders but if as you claim you are here for the long term it is very important.

Please note the number of shares have already increased by about 40% in the last few months alone. They might yet double again

PW in answer to you question "how do I know they will need to raise funds" its simple in the interims they had 1.78M cash at 30 June, they've had about 250K from Lanstead and 400K from last placing so total funds available to spend since 30 june is 2.43M

In there last accounts they burn rate was 300K a month which included an exceptional expense which could reduce reported burn 275K a month or even 250K a month. Divide any of these monthly burn rates by the 2.43M and it give you the months cash left from june 30th.

Ill take the lower burn of 250 which give NNN 10 months from June 2021 so that mean cash runs out in April. Even if you reduce burn to 200K cash runs out in June.

True we dont know what or how much the exceptional expense was but is not an asset because the balance sheet didnt change much so how much can you spend on a one of expense which doesnt require an RNS? The burn is reasonable based on past reported burn an da fair assumption on the one off expense.

I cant see how any of these "discussions" will result in any cash generation let alone significant scale coming in by June so hence the need for a placing.

Herbie you are spot on IMO Duffers will need to raise cash before any of these "discussions" will result in revenue.

The dilution will be significant so he should try and get the SP up before a raise expect a BS update RNS or he may even try some director buys. If he does not do one but ideally both the dilution for all existing holders will again be massive.
