Latino RNS said with VAT enough funds to June so end of May. VAT man might say no so not even to end of May, that is max 6 weeks before funds runout.

R&D credit is a maybe with no indication when they will complete the application, for how much, if accepted how quickly HMRC pay out or assuming it comes at all will it come in time and if so how long will it last. RNS said "which may provide additional working capital beyond this date." is hardly encouraging.

With previous RNSs being so upbeat to now give 7 week notice of running out of funds is pretty shoddy management so I think you will see another RNS before to long updating the 6th of April RNS with a little more clarity.

PIs have lost tens of millions of pounds in this company and I have passed on my insight based on my experiences in a few tech small caps. No one in NNN had the right knowledge or contact base to make this work, simple as.

Trisor "loan/bonds would be primary" means they'd get first call on any assets if things went wrong but there are no assets so loans/bonds simply are not possible.

No one lends to a company with no revenue to repay, not assets to secure and has publicly stated it is 7 now 6 week from going t**s up.
