With its current cash resources and an expected VAT rebate NNN have enough funding to June. That means money runs out in May, that money includes the expected VAT rebate. Note the word expected, it is in the sentence for a reason. If the VAT rebate doesn't materialise then even the end of May is not likely. I don't know what proportion of the to June money is the VAT rebate but without it they may have to pull the plug in April.

Hi Poor, I wont appear on another BB. I have worked in many small cap tech companies at many levels and based on my commercial experience the mask was a winnable proposition, I was wrong.

I know how hard it is to take new tech to market and everything that came after the masks was only harder to make work and I could see these guys didn't have the skill sets to build only to BS, in this I was right.

United Gal would be very happy I traded back my initial losses but actually she doesn't know...

Trisor why do you think NNN have a Bentley or Porsche. Its a hydroponic nutrient market saturated with cheep products that appear to work or why else would business buy them.

To get business to change to a more more pensive product from a supplier they've never heard of is nigh on impossible. Look at Nano 10.9 for your nearest comparison product/pricing and GAS have customers already buying from them so they could upsell Nano 10.9 but appear to have failed.

ATM apart from nice packaging I can't see a single reason why Atomicnano will sell or even if I could how you'd get the message across.

Look on Amazon and Google there are a huge range of products and lots of suppliers. It looks like a saturated market to me but hey ho DYOR

Callit I agree the bottes look good. I dont know if they have they have or have not done market research but from what I have done I can see its going to be tough. Also refer to Nano10.9 which everyone thought was the holy grail 12-18 months ago, have Global Air Supplies come back for repeat order? no and they are already in channel with customers.

Trisor Atomicnano does not have "visible differentiators" on what look like display boxes tweeted earlier. As for "effective marketing campaign" The efforts since Duffers said they were upping their game at the end of 2021 has been very, very poor quality.

Even if they had those two items I honestly don't think NNN will sell much in what is a mature and saturated market.

Well NNN finally bought some bottles hu****ingray. Now the difficult part selling online when 25 to 50 times more expensive than current products doing same job

Mock ups and no way to pay is not launching nano liquids or atomicnano, not keeping stand at filtech was not launching HVAC and these are just the latest promised deliverables NOT delivered. To say "this company has come a long way" redefines looking through rose tinted specs. Sorry Trisor but this company has not produced anything except a lot of BS and a few fairly clanky websites.

I was just checking you realise 200M shares is a pointless raise because you don't say that. If you are correct BODs will need to ask shareholders for authority for major allocation and dilution but on what basis? We put up two websites with mocked up products which even if they really exist you cant buy on line.

After all the much hyped deliverables now to long to list it is hardly a convincing case for further funding.

Just thought you needed a reality check because if you believe NNN need to do a raise and only have 200M shares to allot its simply not enough to save the day.

So instead of reverting to insults ask yourself some searching questions about cashflow and indeed who'd want t come and be Chairman of this mess.
