I have traded RMS/NNN many times since more often than not successfully but at no time have I ramped when holding only said it as I saw it.

If I was a shareholder Id try to

1) Remove all but Steadman and Cave who would remain on part pay and no pay respectively.
2) Get all and any assets back to parent co as far as possible within insolvency law
3) Liquidate P2F, JV, GB Nano Nanovate et al without parting with another penny.
4) Get Nomad to find an RTO ASAP

Duffers might go for nothing if incentivised by other means and if the company has enough cash to last 6 months or so the an RTO may be possible.

Cave and LTHs would then at least get something out of it and Steadman employed by RTO co.

It is the only workable solution but almost impossible to execute unless there is at least 1 or 2 big shareholders on board.

(a) they are an asset of company
(b) liquidator will try and realise cash for any assets
(c) Cave is entitled as anyone else to bid for any of the companies assets

But why bother IMO they are worthless but if Cave wants them the liquidator will ensure arms length transaction and even if Cave is only bidder evidenced fair value.

Truthfactory, I agree yet the weirdest thing is there have been less volume on news of running out of cash in seven week than there was for the 10Jan 400K raise.

Despite last weeks bad new it amazing how civilised, informative and constructive this BB has been.

Latino chairman resigned for a reason, my guess is he knew is January this required a cash warning, when BODs did a Corporate and Commercial Update instead the following week he handed in his resignation.

Ex Trisor, bounce and likely happen were my words, there are always fools who think this will spike and buy on that basis so if it comes this is when the sensible sell.

Trisor Poors advice is spot on, a bounce of some sort will likely happen so when it comes start selling into it and get out what you can. 25-30% of your money back is better that he likely outcome in 7 weeks.

Do not hold for fear of missing out, if an RNS saving the day comes you have the option of buying back in at that point maybe at more than you sold for but the odds you will want to buy back are pretty slim.

As per post earlier I wont buy now unless news is posted saying they have raised money and as that is all Duffers should have been working on for last few weeks and months I cannot see how that can happen now.

Sinden the 6000 litres of ink were to coat (either by immersion or spraying) material for making HVAC filters. As this would involve converting a manufacturing process to use this ink it is effectively worthless IMO. I

The truth is we’ve had an RNS saying out of cash in 7 weeks. I would imagine duffers has done nothing but try to raise funds for weeks if not months. Having failed to do this at 0.2p the chances of him raising money now at 0.1p must be all but impossible.

ExMS ok agreed they did say they had enough cash for more than a year. Although neither you or I thought that possible based on historic burn.

But on the business dev side it all just been comms about possibilities and potential.
