Juxta I don't have to explain my motives but Ill give you 2.

First I don't like seeing porkies all over this board which might induce people to buy or indeed not sell

second I know what is possible and plausible in tech small cap so can decipher management speak in RNSs, tweets and interviews, and as RR said I usually get this right.

I try to be polite at all times but admit sometimes I get this wrong but really I have only been rude to a very small select group of contributors on this board.

I will keep going until NNN deliver something of value (highly unlikely) or goes tits up (very likely).

Trisor how many shares can NNN allot for a potential placing without requesting authority from shareholders?

Not many and by my calculation NNN can at best raise 150K if they can find an institution of idiots to give them even this little drop of cash to add to the pile of cash already burned.

I guess NNN is so cheap we can expect Directors buys to flood in before closed period starts 1st of May.

Its not insider information the RNS clearly states NNN out of money before end of May and that's assuming they vet a VAT rebate.

No LossJock RNS says enough cash to June with expected VAT rebate, to June means out of cash end of May with VAT coming in it, may not.

They have been evaluating funding options for months problem is if anyone had said yes they neednt have written the RNS.

R&D credit application is not even finished let alone received by HMRC and I understand they take months to evaluate claims even if accepted, NNN have 6 weeks before cash runs out.

As stated before NNN is the only company I've invested in which has not delivered anything they have have put in RNSs, tweets or stated in interviews. I will keep addressing dangerous idiots like yourself until either NNN delivers something or goes bust. 99% of shareholders know the latter is most likely.

PS if you believe this has value buy while keeping quiet so you don't alert anyone else and the SP stays low so you can buy more, oh but you are not buying are you.....

LossJock I see value in sales and R&D contracts. These contracts need NNN to get paid for there work then royalties when developed IP is taken into production by partners. As NNN have not announced any such contracts then value can be determined by promised sales, which are zero.

The RNS said NNN have (now) 6 weeks to survive. RTO now unlikely while a raise is pretty much impossible so please stop ramping this company, it is all but finished.

Trisor if you are trying to org an EGM then your target of current shareholders is correct. However if you miss the deadline or cant get enough shareholders for the EGM then any shareholders can join your group if they have lost money at any point after any misleading event. So you pool of people to fund lawyers will be larger.

Hi Trisor, Lanstead has delivered circa 250K and OvalX was gross 400K so probably 350K net, that's all the track record I'm aware of which does not impress me.

Despite saying on 30th of June "the Group had net cash of £1.8m which is considered to be more than sufficient to cover the expected working capital requirements of the Group for at least the next twelve months." he did two raises bringing in circa £600K and now says NNN will run out of cash before June.

Hard to make this stuff up, hope you have this point is your case file.

Its hard to believe why anyone could still have any faith in Duffers, he has not delivered anything in the 20 months he has been CEO, nothing no sales, no commercial contract just burnt through a few million pounds.

RNSs, interviews and tweets full of positive news and stories of potential which never materialise yet these fools defend them and say they are true yet when he tells them 7 weeks money left the say it not true.

Anyway do NNN have an R&D commercial contract for the R&D they are doing for RBI? I guess not otherwise they have stated so in an RNS and that would have driven the SP up, then Lanstead agreement would be bringing in more money.

Looks likes another FOC R&D project which is why this shower are running out of money.
