I was arguing NNN would run out of money in 6 months even though the RNS on 30th June said they had enough funds for at least 12 months. Lots of people saying I didn't know my **** on this one but I do and indeed was proved correct

Once NNN did the lanstead I said they would not get anywhere near the money in the RNS and indeed only on the drip, despite lots of hostile posts it took a long time to be proven correct on that one too

Once they did the Oval X deal I said the middle scenario was NNN run out of money by June, oh **** right on that one too

Now I'm telling you NNN do not have a funding agreement and you chose to believe Duffers who only give you false hope over me who has never given you a bum steer.

You agree the RNS is open to interpretation IMO it is for a reason. It is not because the nomad and Duffers cant string a sentence together it is because without the ambiguity the SP would be even more ****ed, and I mean totally ****ed.

Trisor neither deals were funding in the conventional sense. Lansteads is in instalments so no risk and Oval X was just an over night flip using the 25% discount to protect the steak and hopefully profit on warrants

If you have a written offer of funding the nomad would agree you do not send out an RNS causing the SP to crash.

Trisor look at the track record of all past RNSs that you thought said deals were coming etc its all smoke and mirrors.

NEVER assume the best if it is not as clear as day always assume the worst.

It is clear if they had funding offers in writing to chose from they would not have put out the RNS saying they were running out of money because they had funding agreed.

Trisor the other issue is the day before the Oval X placing NNN SP closed at 0.29 so getting them at 018 seemed like a good deal but hey ho... best laid plans.

As Ex stated RNS says "have potential funding options" not funding options. I have potential funding for one of my projects but no one has said yes and a couple of my potential funding options I haven't even approached yet.

NNN will not be able to convert potential funding options into funding now its IMO just too late, they have failed to deliver for to long and anyone can read the RNS and ask, where are the contracts you intimated were just round the corner.

True but anyone thinking funding may happen would have to acknowledge the odds of funding were far greater at 0.2p and if Duffers couldn't get funding 2 months a go why would he get it now.

Im also not convinced Gaz is even relevant anymore. Duffers is CEO and has spent all the cash while Cave boy has sat around doing and saying nothing. It not like Cave boy has been able to sell any shares or been paid very much while he watched his project go down the plug hole.

Even though most LTH wont sell at this level the people who have had a punt since the 6th will start getting cold feet soon and with no new buyers coming is this could easily fall further yet, a lot further.

Poor I did have a punt after the mid Jan drop but now with information available to us mugs I think NNN is more than 90% going under because there is zero chance of raising funds but as always there remains a small chance of an RTO, a chance worth having a punt on? not sure.

LossJock, Lansstead have sold all the shares they have paid for the remaining pile will be sold as and when they pay for them at 25% discount over the next 19-20 months, that's if in the highly unlikely event NNN get past the end of may 2023.

I don't promote stocks and shares just pull the porkie pie tellers on the BB

If I have any legitimacy on the BB it is that I have called this share price correctly since it was circa 2p a pop.

Now its 0.068p hard to believe but true so must be a badly managed company r a company with valueless IP or both

Juxta I don't have to explain my motives but Ill give you 2.

First I don't like seeing porkies all over this board which might induce people to buy or indeed not sell

second I know what is possible and plausible in tech small cap so can decipher management speak in RNSs, tweets and interviews, and as RR said I usually get this right.

I try to be polite at all times but admit sometimes I get this wrong but really I have only been rude to a very small select group of contributors on this board.

I will keep going until NNN deliver something of value (highly unlikely) or goes tits up (very likely).
