Spot on Syrup unfortunately some on here simply wont get that simple fact of life
There you go that last 2M shares was probably lansteads still making a few bob still, not what they hoped for but they didn't realise what a useless bunch of wasters ran NNN.
Ex yes I forgot about the free shares. LOL
Going forward Lanstead paid for their April instalment at 25% discount to WAP so guess they paying/paid 0.05 to 0.06 so still pretty safe from losing any money and might even make a few bob if the mug PIs keep buying as Lanstead dump.
Why don't the PIs follow Lanstead's example?
I think it wise to continue that discussion off line.
The portion lanstead have dumped is the portion they have paid for.
Remember they got all 535M shares but NNN get the money in 24 instalments. Assuming for first instalment in Oct then Lanstead have paid for 6 instalments to and including March, that's 25% of the 24 instalments paid. As per RNS they have 402M share left s they have dumped 133M shares which is 25% of the 535M shares they received under the sharing agreement.
Lanstead will only dump shares they have paid for. So in May they will dump the 22M shares they'd have paid for in April and this will continue on a monthly basis until NNN go bust and the shares are suspended or a miracle happens and an RTO lands of duffers plate..

LTH need to consider if knowing what they now know about NNN and as things stand today would they invest in NNN today.
If the answer is no and let's say you had £10K invested which is now worth £1000 you need to make the leap and write off the £9K. Treat the remaining £1000 as new money which you can choose to invest in NNN, invest in another stock or spend on whatever takes your fancy.
If you chose not to invest in NNN today, then back to reality YOU HAVE THE £1K INVESTED, so you shouldn't get it out?
SL100, as you know Pharm2farm was a start up formed by Dr Cave in 2015, after numerous management teams, selling up to Braveheart/RMS, becoming the raison d'etre of now named NNN and having had many millions invested it still has no sales, no commercial contracts, no routes to market for it tech and no hope of being a proper business.
8 year later it is still effectively a start up so there is nothing as such to turnaround.
IMO the only hope for LTHs is some kind of RTO but this is looking less and less likely.
IMO it is a 99.99999% certainty NNN will not raise any money for anything nano technology related. Possibly an RTO but that is increasingly less likely with very day that passes
If anyone wanted the shyte NNN makes or is talking of making they would be able to raise some cash.
No one needs the ink either as a one off or constant supply, stop being daft
Oh dear, ""Even NNN would not be stupid enough to sink all their cash into producing nano ink if the ink wasn't going to be turned back into cash!" YES they are and not just making ink for no apparent reason NNN got through £7-8M doing all sorts of shyte and the 6th April RNS says they are indeed running out of cash.
No one wants the ink NNN couldn't even be ****d to launch it a filtech and the patents are for what, things they cant sell,
So in some respects Callit you are correct it is not nothing it is less than nothing because you have a cost associated with storing or disposing of the ink.
It is worthless the sooner you get your head around that the better for your bank balance.
Peter Grey...................... come on NNN have nothing to sell.......................... if there was NNN could raise cash with a placing instead of 6th April RNS saying 7 weeks money left.
IMO you need to look at ITS RNS who it would appear kept paying directors from cash in bank till only enough left for a MVL. Now I cant see any options for NNN except some kind of RTO or liquidation via voluntary means or insolvency.
After that RNS shareprice is still 0.3p yet the RNS says the MVL will payout less than 0.2p, probably a lot less if anything.
IMO the ITS MVL will get directors off the hook having kept the company open as long as possible before deciding to throw in the towel. Sad for everyone caught holding who had a month to sell at 0.5p.
I bet he popped up somewhere after a rise in price saying I'm in this one just bought before increase, GLA.
So post event ....
I will and you crack on with your work, although suggest you read the RNSs again though.
Virosynth is everything in place?
Is there demand for the product?
Who is paying to convert the factory?
Does immersing or spraying media in nano ink slow production?
Its nearly two years from proof of concept, coming up for 15 month from forming JV and who knows how many times they said Volz would be first customer.
In my opinion NNN have at best been disingenuous with updates and if this is a non starter by now NNN IMO should have updated market saying as much.
Poor show all round.
Takethisadvice you will get sweet f** all out of the FCA unless you get organised and ideally address the FCA through a legal representative. If the shareholders have been misled by the BODs the options are
a legally based structure argument put to the FCA to get them to investigate.
or
legal represented to address the BODs directly asking for evidence to support claims made in RNS.
If I were you I'd stop knocking me and get in touch with Trisor.
takethisadvice in this instance I'm just fact checking CP13 and will continue to do so till the end or heaven forbid the BODs produce something.
Its interesting you take no issue with CP13 saying there are 12 weeks cash left when clearly that is not what the RNS says or that he is posting on a Sunday, does that him a fantastic human or you a hypocrite?
