Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
"The board of directors have been dealing and solving historic issues associated with the company" this was the kind of shyt the company was spouting in April 2022 not April 2023
CP13 you really do make me laugh.
Trisor, after the RNS on 6th or April there is no way any Director would exchange emails with a shareholder or anyone really about the company's prospects, period.
Nor would the nomad.
LOL one thing is certain CP13 the next RNS wont make my stomach churn.
CP13 NNN is not 50 50. Its more like 1 to 99, 1 being chance of success and 99 being chances of failure.
BTY have you held or sold BRH?
Yes CP13 alerted all yesterday, RNS says nothing really but enough to create a rise.
CP13, don't hold on too long consider banking your profits.
Poor, Duffers is the CEO for last 18 months presiding over millions of pounds being burned while writing RNS, tweets and talking BS in interviews about tings that never happened
Blame Duffers or Legge who appointed him.
CP13 just looking at that, gaining traction on TB RNS of promises only so its just a spike.
question for you have you decided at what price you will sell at ?
Trisor the warrants are exercisable at 0.5 the SP is 0.067 to exercise them you would be paying 90% more for your shares than available on the open market. Oval X warrants are not in play.
Trisor, if Sinden wants "LMAO" re my posts then his posts warrant (pun intended) a little scrutiny too.
well sinden NNN have a online shop and no credit card payment facilities. go to stripe.com you'll be up and running in a a couple of days.
How long have they had GB Nano in planning? a year, site up for what 2 months now.. you tell me why they haven't got credit card processing.
LMAO
Thanks Ex, Sinden and his warrants question LMAO
Sinden, you ever ran a business?
"a rabbit in the headlights" yes and the headlights have been bearing down on him for months and months.
I only mentioned VAT under normal circumstances its due now, it not guaranteed it could be delayed or if unusual numbers could initiate a VAT inspection, in which case it wont be in the bank before June so curtains.
I questioned capex comment to myself. I thought he is as you say clueless or he was trying to imply "capex is being considered so how bad can it really be", a sort of double bluff if you like. Very cynical but look at the RNSs that led nowhere and nothing.
Syrup, I had a quick look at klinkedin but people looking for work tend not to update linkedin to show they are unemployed. Tend to update when landed in new role.
True but its really hard to understand why keep the doors open, they cant commercialise caveboy tech, with track record they wont raise funds, RTO just gets tougher the less cash you have.
What is the point of keeping the doors open?
Hi Ex, you'd have to imagine NNN strategy is cut overheads to make cash last and wait for VAT rebate then hope R&D Tax credit is approved.
Most businesses have final VAT Q in sync with year end so first Q rebate should be in the bank this Friday or maybe Tuesday, if signed off as "expected".
Reducing costs and VAT rebate aside could they really be keeping the doors opens for the R&D tax credit?
Sinden, only warrants that spring to mid are Oval X at 0.5p strike price and 2 Volz directors with a strike price of 1p.
Why would they exercise them when if in the highly unlikely event they wanted shares in NNN they can buy at 0.07p so no not before hell freezes over.
Twist or bust?
