Rdeacs, there will be about £100 -200K in the bank account to cover the costs of Simon Jagger and Cameron Gunn of ReSolve Advisory Limited.

There are no sale products. Maybe some nano making kit (limited market so had to find a buyer), lap tops and printers and some odds and sods. Resolve will appoint a specialist disposal company who will sell what they can for a cut or if that doesn't cover their costs will be paid out of shareholder funds along with Resolve.

Resolve's two guys will be billed at least £500 a hour so the little cash left in the bank wont go far.
