TB and co are bereft of ideas bar putting cash in illiquid AIM listings which will achieve nothing. They need to find a growth investment opportunity and soon while they still have cash to invest.

Why does Braveheart keep putting cash into illiquid AIM shares? They have over a million pounds tied up in these shares and if they tried to sell any substantive amount of them they would crash the price lose bucket loads. It just doesn't make any sense .

Forget about Paraytec, Braveheart have written it down the asset and loans to zero because paraytec cant keep the doors open without raising some cash so next step is administration. If Braveheart wont lend them more money the next RNS will be Paraytec has ceased trading (LOL) and has appointed administrators. Same for Kirkstall these will also shut shop.

Braveheart lost money on its investment in Phasefocus but it did get cash out. Now Braveheart is left with 1.7M cash and stock in illiquid AIM companies going nowhere.

Braveheart has never made money from its investments except Nanosynth but that was more luck or scam depending on what you want to believe. Even though Braveheart made money on Nanosnyth, it never sold anything and burnt millions before ceasing to trade leaving most PIs with very badly burnt fingers.

What will Trev do with the £1.7M, who knows but the track record is not good.

Ritz, NNN didn't file the strike off its a "compulsory strike off" because NNN have not filed accounts so Companies House action striking company off the active companies record assuming its no longer required.

I would imagine the directors were hoping this would be struck off so in effect disappears, not even showing as a bankrupt failed company on their records.

Unfortunately for them the strike off is now discontinued because someone has objected, normally a trade creditor, a lender or HMRC.

Well said 404x, I would add

1. Autins is a loss making part maker for major motor manufacturers so will always have skinny margins.

2. The share price is now stagnant after years of decline.

Autins is not a technology company with growth potential which is what Braveheart should be investing in.

Woody dont get your hopes up. After BRV loans circa £1.25M Paraytec has sold two CX300s. The list price is £22K so max sales in all the years of operation is at best £44K and they could have been heavily discounted ........

As I said earlier any trade sale (however unlikely) of Paraytec will be a huge write down if not a complete write off. IMO its has no value except as a tax loss vehicle.

Sorry but IMO BRH is massively overvalued.

Woody £2.1M from Phasefocus sale divided by 64 million shares is about 3.3p per share, how you get to 39P is a bit concerning.

If BRH can and indeed do a special dividend they wont distribute all the sale proceeds maybe half so 1.5 to 2p a share.

The disposal of Phasefocus if completed represents a £500K loss, Paraytec will be an even bigger write down if indeed not a complete write off.

I believe he as lied to investors and I would add held back bad news which is also a breach of FCA rules and his fiduciary duty, IMO there is evidence of both.

Stephen, when will you get it in your think skull, Dr Cave has not sold any shares and his salary in public information and was not excessive. His share were once worth a few million he has lost them and has no loot.

Cave may well be a useless business man and a bit of a pratt but he hasn't ramped this for two years now, whereas you have which make you worse than the person you now like to blame for your own stupidity.
