Boohoo's management, which hitherto hadn't shown a jot of interest towards retail shareholders, is suddenly our new best friend.

Getting my address from my self-invest platform and sending me a 'Dear Shareholder' letter by the good old Royal Mail. Wow, desperate times!

Did anyone else get one of these today?

Split roles, indemnities, murky responsibilities, what a mess. No chance of proper corporate governance with this set-up.

A perfect storm for WJG. I was wrong not to anticipate this but I'd be equally wrong to now be reactive and bail out at 21p.

I wonder if they'll be taken out by a trade buyer at these levels?

Fair enough, but you have to wonder if these assets can't produce an adequate return perhaps they need to be revalued downwards? Or if the net assets are mostly cash, perhaps they could just shut up shop and return it to us? But of course that'll never happen...

Another new low, the longer the share drifts, the further it falls. Some communication, either to reassure us or put us in the face or reality, would be helpful. On the one hand they say they have a "robust cash position", but on the other hand they are seeking additional funding to "accelerate" their operations. Market is unimpressed the company can't fund its own growth, let alone pay a divi. All this needs resolving.

Middling. Minimal effect on the sp, which remains depressed. Performance has to be total knock-out to excite any interest whatsoever amongst investors in UK small-caps. Tough times.

Cash generation up but profitability down.

You know these Results need a little spinning when the CEO feels the immediate need to tell us that "These are a strong set of results..." Yeah, right Mr Cooklin, we believe you.

Well, I read it. It was brief. Not hugely informative but at least no further nasties. Phew, I can live with it. Sp dropped at start but steadily recovering now.

I'm also not surprised few took it up at 31p. That's why I wonder why they bothered. Being charitable, perhaps they wanted to avoid having people like me complain that they *didn't* do a Retail Offer, so they did one anyway. Still, it looks bad to me - it's not the amount of money and I take the point it's all underwritten - just a bad look.

I reckon I won't be stuck here for another 4 years. Or even 2. Something's afoot. It'll be taken out, or delisted, or broken up, or some such. I won't be getting my investment back, but it'll be an end.

I don’t understand the logic of the retail offer if "they didn’t want nor expect any take up". They didn't have to do one. Looks bad. More likely they were hopeful.

So, they hoped to raise up to £6m in the Offer, but only received less than 10% of that - £0.4m.

If current management had any illusions that they were supported by the retail community, that is shattered. After 4 miserable years they can expect no loyalty from me.... I would be up for any half-decent alternative.

Not going terribly well here. Drifting decline, for weeks really, on the back of no news. A trading update happened about this time last year and it would be good to receive some communication. Keeping radio silence at times like these is just making investors nervous. Perhaps with good reason.....

Ah, ok. Should've read the RNS of 12/11/24. I believe these TR1s are connected to the strategic investment of M&G. They contain a significant sale from 2Invest AG and a trimming from our esteemed CEO Heikki Lanckriet. Other major holders have not sold any, but have had their holdings diluted a bit following the M&G investment. All's well... I think!

...published after close today. A host of seemingly interrelated buys & sells amongst our major shareholders, which, tbh, I can't make head or tail of. I'm hoping they are just transfers - anything more sinister and I guess we'll know about it Monday morning. Any ideas? Buzzzzzzzz?
