CBM (Cambrian Mining) very dedicated to buying CLN but will have to put a package together that is attractive to shareholders. 3 CLN for 1 CBM could be the deal. CBM have just finished the Falls Mountain deal with WTN so expect them to move quickly for CLN...

Net assets at December 2007 were about £55m - this would give a share value of 56p. The value will have increased significantly since December....

A coal producer that seems seriously undervalued. Expected to increase production to 2.8 million tons pa next year and likely to increase metallurgical coal via NEMI. Likely to be swallowed up by Cambrian Minning very soon and the CLN shareholders will receive CBM shares (exact ratio to be determined). Sp should be nearer £1 with the outlook of increased production and big profits on increased price of coal - let alone the bid from CBM. CBM shares are likely to continue to increase (based on current sp of WTN etc they could reach £3). CLN has large coal reserves and it looks like coal is going to be the 'other black gold' for years to come...

Sp was 160 previously but then they had a negative result in the French drill. This field is smaller but then a bird in the hand...

Sea of blue today... Mediterranean Oil & Gas PLC said independent reserve engineers have certified about 5 mln barrels oil reserves at Ombrina Mare 1 on the Ombrina Mare Oil and Gas Field. The company estimates the Ombrina Mare Oil Field contains Contingent Oil Resources of 23 to 60 mln barrels, in addition to the 5 mln barrels reserve.

Exciting news from MOG today. I expect sp to surge further.

I read up on your tip last night - but then read some stuff on the ADVFN TMC thread that suggested 120p was around the right sp & this put me off. 175 looks a bit high to be joining. Good luck.

I suspect they are still selling - probably 140,000 yesterday and continuing today. However, sp is holding now and expect it to increase significantly in the next week or two once sell off by RAB has finished.

Seems like RAB have stopped selling - bought back in yesterday. WTN increasing again & CBM should be on the up.

RAB sell off has had a major effect - will buy back in when they have finished their sell off. WTN is stable and CBM remains significantly undervalued - should be 250p or more later this year.

More big sells this morning one for 450,000 shares and another for 250,000 shares - could be that RAB is still selling. If so, they have <3m shares to go so hopefully their effect on sp will not be for too much longer.

The selling by RAB of many of its shares in CBM will undoubtedly have had an effect - hopefully this is just profit taking by RAB. Small dip in WTN shares will also have had a negative effect. It may be that it will be weeks/months for the sp to reach its expected value. Would be interesting to speculate what will happen if CBM finds a big partner to take over WTN - and you would expect that there will be considerable outside interest in the current environment.

Based on the strategic RNS the share value has increased (given WTN 18.8% increase) to 262p per share.
