Troughseeker, 200p is far too low a price. The company has made massive strides over the last 12 months doubling in virtually all directions. It will not be long before 200p is a distant memory as those on this BB talk of 350p and more. Obviously dyor, but in my view this co is going in one direction only for the moment and the sp will undoubtdly catch up. sp never travels in a straight line and there will be sell offs, but I wouldn't be surprised by 300p within 12 months, not unrealistic. All that is required is patience. DYOR as always. Don't believe a word I say if you don't want to, but I am fully long on this share.

Just a bit of history two years ago, the sp was 50p, wow, how things have changed in that time, and loads more to come. I am pleased to say I bought in at 35p, but sold 50% a year ago. Since when like Jambon I have bought at all sorts of prices, but I am well in the blue!! As I have said numerous times investors need to be patient and not too greedy, but you do need to be a bit greedy if you are going to make suitable returns. Boo will easily pass the �3.00 mark , when I can't tell you but it won't be too long. The dynamism of the company is astonishing. Clearly there is a temptation to trade, but beware missing the next leg up. The markets never work the way you think they should

I agree with you entirely Thorpy. We are currently in a phase of negative perception because of the steep rise last year. As the true position unfolds we will see a massive rerating. One of the points that is far from understood is the fact that the growth ex uk for this business is massive. Carol was very enthusiastic as to the opportunities and she is clearly right on this score. So hold onto your shares and be patient. If I was offering one piece of advice to the BoD, rather than purchasing shares, which is hardly practical given their large existing holdings,it would be to move Boohoo of AIM to the FTSE250, as that would open it up to many funds who would love to get that sort of growth for their portfolio and would achieve a complete rerating, all to the benefit of the BoD

I would suspect the BoD are not that far off recommending the offer as otherwise there would be little point in continuing to have dialogue save for the desire that a third party might in the interim declare their hand. i.e. an improvement by about �2 would do it.

Yes a very interesting letter, a lot of synergy with Nanoco. A clue to our US partner is perhaps to do with graphene quantum dots for lithium battery charging, which could be mega.

It's good to see the large sales have been taken on board without much reduction in the share price.

JP Morgan joining party isn't new, they joined third week of March. This announcement merely shows a small increase in shareholding from 5.05% to 5.3%, but than a reduction but not a big new ii.

I spoke to PDZ today, and had a reasonable chat (not the office boy/girl). Obviously can't say too much, but PDZ are sure they have done everything by the book and that there are no holes. PDZ don't know how long it is going to take to resolve, but he reminded me that last time there was a dispute a couple of years ago that the MoE found in PDZ's favour. He also reminded me of the ongoing talks with JSW, which could relate to both mines. i.e. all options are open. Did I learn anything new, no, but I didn't expect to. Generally some degree of reassurance that this really amounts to delay as opposed to loss.

I listened to the Vox Report for 3 April, and frankly it said nothing and his earlier report in February said nothing that wasn't already well known. IMHO waste of time. Hence why I said I will try and talk to PDZ direct tomorrow

I think it's important not to get this out of proportion. The RNS did not say anything about a refusal. Delays happen for many reasons including incompetence. Just think about the continued delays in the UK planning system. PDZ have been obliged to take the action they have o protect their position. A totally different RNS would have been issued if the directors were aware of what is being read into this RNS by the market, where incidentally the level of shares traded is minimal.

I now know a million times more now about Nanoeverything than when I originally invested in Nanoco thanks in large part to this BB. I have also learnt in this field that everything seems to take much longer than one would like for it to come to fruition, but it will, GLA

Definitely good news!! All things take time, potentially massive upside, but we don't know when, therefore can't afford not to be long. Put it away in the bottom drawer and silently wait! I guess September, but I agree it could be much sooner.

For pi's this is a lot, but not for any fund/institution. It is less than �500k and less than .75% of the issued shares. Perhaps not such big deal!

Whilst the last few days have registered a vast number of sells, this really can't be the case as the price would have plummeted. Much more likely it is someone trying to stake build, but I think they will still be some way below any threshold, so there will be no RNS in this regard. All the info points to the stake build being a great idea and several of the recent buys of 10,000 have been mine.

I've been watching Koovs for ages, waiting for the right time to invest. Fundamentally the business idea is right with tremendous potential but a business without cash is a dead duck. Cynically I would guess if they could have found the money there would have been no need for the RNS. Thus this is the white flag of surrender. There is the possibility of T/O, but others will also know the price of getting this baby to a profitable position. Deep pockets are required. So no easy answer. Sorry not to be more helpful. One day this is a tremendous opportunity for the likes of Amazon/ASOS/Boohoo, with some of the groundwork having been done.

I would just like to say to those that have got it in for ME and complain about specifics on information, investing is a free choice and nobody asked you to invest in Nanoco. If you are unhappy about the directors or the way things are going, sell, the SP has just risen by 65%, so you are in a win win situation. I've been invested here many years and my gamble is that things will come right, whatever that may mean. The SP may well decline further from here as news can't be provided every day or week. BUT one day, it will jump massively and if you have sold you will have missed the boat.

The primary reason that this share has been on the downward trend over the last few months is the strength of the pound against the dollar. Most of Shire's earnings are dollar based and over the last 3 months the share price has declined 9% and sterling has risen against the dollar by more than 8%, i.e. reducing Shire's earnings by 8%. That is quite apart from the Pharma sector generally being out of favour.

Even the announcement refers to "Robust" results. EPS up 25%, adjusted profits before tax up 25%. Earnings 25p per share first 6 months, means 50p per share over 12 months even assuming no growth in the second six months, which equates to a p/e ratio of less than 12. How much more is required? All demonstrates the true value is significantly in excess of £5.90. DYOR
