Safe to say this is already another dog of Aim. I think we have all been suckered in by JN and his previous performance with AAA. Unfortunately they are completly different companies. Aim is high risk high reward and its looking very likely the risk will not pay off here.

As predicted, here is the 0.06s and still nothing from Vela. They may not be able to inform us about the trial as Sgsc is the main driver. There is still plenty they could do to reassure investors.

When you see it wrote down like that it is not difficult to work out why we are performing so badly. Just confirms for me that it's all about the SGS trial. I do not wish to keep me money stuck in here for a couple of years in the hope that the investments might come good.

Nope it it neither. Its because we are probably months away from any meaningful news and way down on other investments. Hardly very attractive to new investors. Poor shown indeed.

So far JN has not shown us that he is the trading god that most make him out to be. I hope this comes good as I have a fair chunk invested but its not looking great. As mentioned on here before Vela need some form of social media presence and need to move with the times. We actually went 3 months without news and in that time had 2 million in the bank. It would be nice to hear something from Vela. A tweet saying that they know the SP is dissapointing but there is alot going on behind the scenes would do. It may go someway to passifying us PIs.

I will sell up on SGS trial news. If there is a commercial deal then we should be higher than today's SP. If no deal till after phase 3 then we will be back down to much lower. Would sell out then as phase 3 coukd be upto a year. All in my opinion.

Patience before the spelling police jump onboard

My patients is wearing thin. We where led to believe we might here something in June. We had silence on all fronts for 3 months. SGS results that where reported earlier in the month where minimal and the share price is getting hammered. Vela seem to like keeping money in the bank. Very strange for a investment company.

Echo the thoughts of the majority here. Really is rubbish, poor communication, so far underperforming investments. That's about it.

All the talk has been about the SGS trial as it our biggest investment. With warrants being sold and no real clarity on the trial then a drop I suppose was expected.
Looking at our other investments like Cornerstone and Mode then we are well under water with them. So to be fair with all that's going on then 0.075 is probably quite a fair price. I have been looking at the SP as being massively under valued but on reflection nothing apart from KNB has added any value to our current portfolio.
This could all change with news from SGS but at the moment the Vela board in my opinion are just under performing.
Shoot me down as a deramper but we are where we are because so far non of our investments have taken off.

I said the other day that JN is not looking like the messiah most talk about. Apart from KNB, all his other picks have performed very poorly or waiting to Ipo. It's OK to say give it time, but how long do you give it. I personally will wait to see what is happenning with the trial and will sell out on the commercial deal.

Twisty minkle I unfortunately was not invested in AAA or Rdgc. I am invested in Vela and have been for 12 months. We have seen an increase from 0.05 to 0.085, so not to bad I suppose. However, as I said, only KNB has been any good so far. Mode really has been a big disappointment. Vela need to move with the times and employ somebody to run their social media. Last 2 days has not been great for any of us LTH. Hopefully it turns round next week.

Unfortunately all JNs other investments are performing very average. Apart from KNB we are under water in the rest. I am more than capable of picking my own bad shares. I have been doing it for years. We need an update on where the remaining money is going, what are the timelines for the Sgsc trial now. A direct purchasing shares woukd be nice also. Other than that, have a nice weekend.

Very depressing indeed. The tweet from Sgsc was almost as bad as a negative trial.

To be fair whenever you dare to be negative about the share you are invested in, you are deemed as deramping scum. For me any share we invest in I purely to make money. UFO have continued to drop in SP for many months and we will need more money soon enough. Our only JV no longer exists and so far we have had no firm figures to stop the rot. This could change any day and why I will stay invested. But by no means am I happy with the way things are going here and I don't thing the board are exactly excelling. It is their job to increase value to us shareholders. The are clearly not doing that so I expect much more.

30% down now on UFO. Hopefully this turns around soon.

The last RNS also said the results would be published on the 6th. They don't have to stick to it

To be fair IF the results where known early then I don't see why they would wait till the 6th. This drug if successful could save lives. So shoul
d be released as soon as soon as possible.
